Called for boiler not working. The person who answer the phone was having problem understanding what we wanted. He called back the day later promise to be there at a certain time and after two hours of no show and no phone calls, we had to call back, as soon as he heard the name he hang up on us. Really unprofessional and unreliable.

We bought a house in Bay Ridge. The previous owner let the house go to say the least. Our contractors were clueless about the boiler. Completely agree with the reviews here. Carmine arrived on time and fixed a super loud and leaky boiler. He replaced the circulating pump, the pressure relief valve, and repressurized the expansion tank.

Carmine came to our rescue! Our little grandkids were here for the holidays and our boiler wasn't firing going on and off, the house was cold! One guy we called said he would come on Wednesday!!! Carmine is absolutely the best! He's a one man shop by choice and specializes in old boilers. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite, and funny. He came to look at my 1987 Burnham boiler, completely cleaned it out, inspected it, changed some old parts, and taught me how to maintain it. He's responsive and timely and chargers a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
