Alex and his team went above and beyond to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning of our air ducts. Their attention to detail was evident as Alex took numerous photos of the before and after, allowing us to witness the transformation. Alex's knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process. He took the time to educate us on how to properly upkeep our older home, providing valuable insights that will undoubtedly contribute to the longevity of our HVAC system. Great straightforward service from the first call to after the appointment. Efficient, transparent, and kind. They were patient in explaining any road bumps they ran into while investigating the cause of the blockage in my dryer vent, constantly communicating with me as necessary. Great people!

Main Duct provided top notch service from the initial inquiry through the completion of service. Pricing was very fair, and Alex and Beka did a great job, staying until almost 7pm to get all the apartments in our building done. And what a difference it made. Drying times for several of us went from multiple hours to less than an hour. The recommendations they proposed for further service made sense and were explained well while they were on site, both what they noticed before they started and while they were cleaning.

I cannot say enough good things about MainDuct. I called them when I noticed that the inside of my AC was filthy and had never noticed anything like it in the past, with any AC. I went with MainDuct bc Roman, who I spoke with, was incredible - he answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and explained how they work. I was able to get an appt for 2 days later. The two men were incredibly thorough and spent about an hour and a half cleaning my AC, and cleaned it perfectly. It would have taken less time had there been no mold. I HIGHLY recommend MainDuct.

I can’t say enough good things about Alex and his team. They went above and beyond to ensure that my units were cleaned and in the best working order possible. The units had not been properly maintained and it was a difficult job to say the least. Their pricing is fair and well worth the price. Very highly recommended.

I contracted with Main Duct it’s clean my mini splits- 6 wall units and 4 compressors in total. They arrived promptly as promised. They covered the interior furniture to avoid any damage/moisture. The inside units were flushed out and wiped clean removing mold build up. They took more than half an hour to clean each wall unit. They vacuumed the outside compressors to remove any debris.
I highly recommend Main Duct for their prompt responses and service scheduling.

I contacted MainDuct on yelp to get a quote for general yearly servicing of HVAC units on behalf of everyone in my building and coordinating that service. Roman was extremely helpful in getting us a good rate for the coordinated, bulk servicing of 16+ apartments over the course of 3 days. He worked with our building management to provide the needed insurance and to make scheduling amongst so many tenants easy. Every single tenant reported back that their service ppl were kind, communicative, professional, and did a great job. They were helpful in moving furniture if needed and did a good job of protecting the area around the units while cleaning them. We were thrilled with the price and very happy with the service. I'd happily recommend MainDuct to anyone and our building is working to see if we can make them our preferred vendor for general HVAC servicing needs b/c our experience with MainDuct is much better than what we've had the building's preferred company.

Main Duct was easy to work with, flexible for my schedule, very professional and reasonably priced. They did an amazing job cleaning my ducts of the post-construction dust, informing me of the process along the way, sharing video and photos and before-and-after. They made recommendations as to how to keep my ducts optimized, demonstrating that they really cared. I absolutely plan to work with them again very soon.

MainDuct Inc is amazing. Chimney inspection and cleaning feels like a racket in Brooklyn and I've been trying to find a professional and reliable service for years. It is such a relief to find Main Duct Inc. The guys were very friendly and easy to work with, they had professional equipment, and they left my house spotless. They even sent me a report with before and after photos. Previous companies had tried to tell me that I needed to spend $8k to replace the liner in my chimney. Main Duct told me the lining was fine, and showed me some ACTUAL damage in the fire box that only cost me a few hundred bucks to repair. Now I have peace of mind and a fireplace that draws great without any smoke coming into the living room. We could not be happier.
