Steve and his team installed HVAC system to my parents home. Took them two days to complete the job. They did a great job! If, any concerns or questions Steve was always there to provided my family with great customer service. His team were also attended to speak to us of where the units and condenser were to be installed. I would recommend King AC Supply and Steve for customers who are looking to change their homes with central AC/Heating.

Kings AC Supply was very responsive to my calls. They kept the deadline for the time of completion of their work. If you have an issue they will assist quickly to find resolution. Very accommodating and friendly workers. I highly recommend them to any one needing their service. Actually I have recommended many of my clients them and my clients were very satisfied too with their work.

I had a terrific experience with Kings AC Supply — replaced my old fuel oil system with heat pumps and a new water heater. I had spent a lot of time researching different models online, and this was at the beginning of the tariffs, so I was not a one-and-done customer — I wanted to understand my options and I was high maintenance. They were patient, worked with me to find what I wanted, and gave me a good deal. When I needed an adjustment, after the install, they came back quickly and got me all set up. Would definitely use them again! They work with Con Ed to accept the rebates, so I saved $8,000!

I called this number, which I now learned is an answering service. I scheduled a technician presuming it was with Keith Brothers AC repair. The tech came out from another company and I wasn't happy with his lack of knowledge or ability to address my questions and concerns. A complete waste of money. Update - I called back this number and ask what company I was contacting - answer was " this is an ac company" - asked for Keith Brothers and was hung up on.

Seasonal maintenance was great. The technician checked everything carefully and gave great upkeep advice.
