Jules and Carl stopped by for a dryer vent inspection and Maintenace. They were awesome! When I called, Jules asked a lot of clarifying questions, sent a quote for approval in advance and was flexible with times. The whole job took 20 minutes and we got a lot of information on how to assess issues in future to see if we need someone back. Turns out it was more consulting, but as a new homeowner I feel the information was worth it!

We very fortunately found Jules and his team a year ago when our A/C system had a major problem and they SAVED us. We’ve used Air Vent Medics for the past two years. They are punctual, accommodate our varied schedules, and perform their job expertly and thoroughly. I was especially pleased that they share their progress as they worked through the apartments in our building. It was great to see evidence of the cleaning in progress - short video clips of how the vents are working. Both Jules and Carl are expert in explaining their work, and also offer great tips about how to keep our dryers running cleanly and efficiently.

Had a window AC unit that was still in great shape but smelling musty… started poking around and saw a lot of mold and got the heebie jeebies so I reached out as I knew my husband and I did not have the time, patience, or know-how to try to dismantle and deep clean it myself.

My condo building has one dryer for 8 units and might have had the vent cleaned twice in about 17 years. Jules and Benny cleaned out about a 30 foot run of vent pipe and got our dryer working like it should. Definitely not an easy job for them, but one they handled well. We will definitely be using them again to maintain our freshly cleaned vent.
