Jules, Tom and Colin were punctual, professional, efficient and very informative.
Jules explained the step by step process and the type of equipments that would be used to clean the hvac air ducts, dryer vent, and condenser coil.
I was able to observe each process, asked questions and received maintenance tips along the way. I am pleased that they shared their progress...short video clips evidence of how inside the ducts were being cleaned.

I’m so grateful that I found this company!!! Carl and Colin cleaned and restored 8 old in wall, AC units for me. They were respectful of my place and left everything clean. Had our dryer vent tubing rip and found a closet full of lint. I reached out to Air Vent Medics to help repair and make sure we were safe and able to use again quickly. Spoke with Jules on the phone to make an appointment and he walked through my options and was very transparent about potential costs in case the repair was more complex. Had an appointment two days later - he and Colin arrived early and took care of everything in 45 minutes. They explained the issue, our options and didn’t push any upsells. They suggested replacing the flex tubing with a hard, more permanent tube in the future, and repaired and cleaned out what we had to get us up and running. Everything is good to go now! Jules and his assistant, Carl, were punctual and swift in their work of getting the mini split in my retail store spick and span clean before we opened for the day. I am very pleased with their work and the price was very fair (I shopped around!) I confidently give them a five star review, will definitely be using them again and highly recommended them.

Jules and Carl did our ancient dryer vent in Oct 2025 and did a great job, starting from the first phone call, when Jules explained what the range of the different components of the cost would be. He will go into as much detail as you can stand, and is also quite funny. I knew they were the real deal when I came out to let them in and Carl was leaning his hand against our tree, feeling its spirit.

We had not had our dryer vent cleaned in at least 25 years, so it yielded a whole trash bag of lint. Parts of the hose had also fallen apart and needed to be replaced. They also rehung the vent to straighten 2 lint-catching elbows and re-sealed the flapper. And they cleaned up inside and out, a sign of professionalism.

I had gotten 2 other estimates and at the end of the day they were $75 cheaper ($525 instead of $600). It was not exactly cheap, but it worked out to about $25 per year, which is fine with us.

Jules, Carl and Berny were amazing. I called on a Thursday and then came to my home the next day which was amazing. Jules is honest, kind and very helpful. Carl and Berny were also kind and amazing at cleaning the vents. They cleaned my dryer vent and bathroom vents. They took great care of my vents and were very respectful of my home. They tidied up everything. Can’t recommend them enough!

Jules and Crew did an absolutely wonderful job cleaning all the vents throughout my home! From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and very thorough in his work. He took the time to carefully clean each vent and made sure every single grill cover was spotless before putting them back in place.

My co-op in Manhattan had 2 window AC units, and I wanted to change them to thru-wall PTAC units. This was a big job, requiring large openings to be made to the exterior of the building. Rus at Northern Wolves was reasonably priced and very accommodating. Living in a co-op in NYC comes with lots of rules and regulations, and Rus went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. His team is responsive and professional. I will definitely use them again!
