Extremely dissatisfied with my AC's sudden failure on a sweltering day. Called Adrian, who arrived promptly at 3 pm the next day. Friendly demeanor and efficient service, thankfully restored my air conditioning quickly. The price was reasonable as well. Now I can finally breathe easy without overheating!

This driver from Pro Core Mechanical is completely unacceptable. Their vehicle was involved in a close call with mine on Grand Ave, and to make matters worse, the driver displayed extremely poor behavior by giving me the finger when I expressed my concerns. The fact that they're representing this company, which is likely to suffer as a result of their actions, only adds insult to injury.

After the new boiler was installed, I had to contact National Grid to get our gas turned back on, but they were able to do so within a few days. Adrian followed up after the job to ensure everything was working properly and that all radiators were functioning correctly. This experience has been a welcome change from dealing with untrustworthy plumbers in the past - we're grateful to have found ProCore Mechanical.
