Jules and Carl from AIR Vent Medics were brilliant in solving my complicated dryer AirVentMedics blockage. They did not give up until the job of clearing out my dryer air vent was finished. These two guys are polite, efficient and diligent.

Air Vent Medics is a superb company. Juels walked me through the process on the phone and was so knowledgeable of dryer vents and common issues. He was able to service my dryer vent the next day !!! Talk about customer service!!! My dryer vent needed to be cleaned and Juels was able to get the job done swiftly while offering suggestions to alter our ventilation to become a bit shorter. This was a 5 star experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of vent cleaning . Extremely down to earth and honest man who knows his stuff !!

Super friendly, super fast. I called on a Saturday morning - by Monday noon my driver vents had been cleaned. They diagnosed that my drier was too close to the wall which had resulted in a kink in the line, which I really appreciated. Looking forward to not seeing them for another year :-)!

Carl and Jules were amazing! They updated me every step of the way (which started from when they would be at my house) and then explained the entire process from start to finish. Jules did an excellent job cleaning out my dryer vent. We also had a terrible smell coming from the dryer which turned out to be a mouse that crawled in through the dryer vent and died. He was skeptical that something like that can happen but after cleaning out the vent, we saw no other possibility, so he opened up the dryer and found the culprit. He comes equipped with all the tools for the job and is a very intelligent and honest guy with a great attitude that gets the job done.
