Alex from Main Duct Inc. came to clean my three old AC units. I couldn't have had a better experience. He was prompt, thorough, professional and charming to boot. Don't bother with anyone else, he's the best!

My hvac unit in my condo had mold and was very dirty and dusty. Tanya from the main office was helpful and dispatched me get some technicians out as soon as possible. The price is reasonable and they do a great job. They communicate and respond to all issues in an instant. My unit is running more quietly and effectively than ever.

We needed to get our wall AC unit cleaned in our studio apartment, and we were concerned about having it taken out of the wall as we've had bad experiences in the past. So we tried a new company and thank God we did - MainDuct were excellent!
They were courteous and helpful over the phone, told us about a special offer after we had already expressed interest, and had someone come round at a time that suited us. The man that showed up was polite, friendly and very responsive to our specific requests arising from trying to keep our tiny studio apartment clean. They were fast and did an amazing job, and the AC looks and works great.

Main Duct air duct cleaning service for AC and heating units that I used is the very best I have found. Alex was able to explain to my architect about the dust contamination during renovation inside the newly installed heating and cooling units and duct work throughout the house. He brought in extensive equipments designed to decontaminate the delicate grills and cleaned out the inside of the closed cabinets. Best thing is he also helped install better filters and my breathing has been doing much better. Very specialized service by totally qualified technicians, no comparison out there.

Over the weekend, I made an appointment for a technician to come service my broken heater (it's 20 degrees outside). Confirmed this morning with office. No one shows up within the designated time window, then I called back after the time window expired and they say they do not have a technician, they can probably come in 2 days. Without even letting me know.
