I saw one of your trucks today run a light at 5th ave and 13th st in Park Slope, then continue to drive recklessly toward 9th st. Vet your drivers better! I would not use your service for this very reason.

Tech identified and fixed a problem with my boiler in less than 15 minutes They stuck around a bit longer to make sure everything was working and I’m now we have heat for the first time in over a month. I couldn’t be happier with the service received.

Your van driver has parked in the middle of the street all day long and my work day has been filled with the sound of countless car horns and expletive filled fighting as school bus driver after Accessibility van driver has come along and been stuck behind him. Honestly. Ask your drivers to PARK somewhere that doesn't block traffic and disturb the peace all day long.

Never Used the company. I understand people do things for advertising however today I pulled an orange B&D balloon that said Heating and cooling out of Brooklyn New York out of the mouth of a seagull on my little beach in NJ.

I called for appointment Thursday afternoon and they came the next day morning. They are very professional and courteous. They would suggest what have to be done. A bit pricey but they corrected the problems I had with my boiler. That's the most important.

Our boiler broke down so no heat or hot water, called b&d and they came in a few hours. They diagnosed the problem had the parts and made repairs quickly. They explained all the work done and gave us our warranty. They are a bit pricey but we will use them again for any future issues.

Very professional. I used them twice in 3 months. The 1st time was for my boiler. The 2nd time was too install a hot water heater that I tried to install myself which went sideways real quick. They were able to come out and install it correctly the same day.

Our 36-unit apartment building has had a problem getting heat to units on the top floors forever. We have had dozens of plumbers try to solve the problem by bleeding radiators, changing valves, and more. Today, Anthony from B and D spent 15 minutes in our boiler room and figured out the solution.
