Perfect perfect perfect !!!! Wouldn’t use any other home improvement company .. the Buckleys are the best

Derrick and John did an amazing job! They were on time and knew exactly what to do to install my appliance! They explained everything and cleaned up after themselves! Thank you and I will always contact you for any further installations that I might have!!

5 STARS! Derek & John were very polite, professional, friendly, respectful, accommodating and punctual. They went above and beyond to ensure the washer and dryer were installed properly and no damage was done. We are very pleased and would absolutely hire again!

John came to deliver appliances a few years ago and said that he needed to drag a hand-truck up my finished stairs to get it in. Assessing his equipment, I realized that this would totally rip up my wood staircase. That was about 18 months ago. I just ordered a dryer from PC Richards and they sent this same guy who can't do the job. He looked at the stairs, looked at the fact that he would have to slide the stacked washer/dryer 30" and kept saying "hm, I don't know if I can...." get it up the stairs, slide the existing set out, hook up the vent. I was definitely a little prickly at this point saying that I was shocked that they didn't send someone who was capable. And that's my basic review, this guy is not capable. Then he puts in a report that I refused the delivery. I didn't refuse, I asked whether he can or can't. Lazy and incapable!

Anthony and John were great. They arrived on time. Gave me no issue with wearing shoe covers. Cleaned up everything and made sure the dishwasher was installed properly. They checked to make sure it was perfectly level a bunch of times. When something looked off they checked my cabinet on one side, which was the problem with things not lining up perfectly and show that to me. Highly recommend!

Justin and Mercer did a great job with my microwave install. Fast, clean, efficient.

After a cleaning Buckley's returned our $1000 A/C cracked and bent (pic included in review), threw it in the wall and essentially ran from our apartment (we paid $600 CASH, as Buckley's only takes cash or money orders) We let it run for 5 minutes, it started shrieking and hasn't stopped.

We immediately called Mike S, a supervisor (?) who made the delivery. He said he was too far to come back (30 blocks was too far), said he would get us in for service next day. We had to call him again to follow up, he confirmed we were on schedule for next day. Next day, Buckley's didn't call, didn't show up. We tried to reach Mike S. again, he said he'd call the shop and that was the last we heard from Buckleys. We now need to spend weeks during higher temps trying to get them to do anything close to the right thing (which would be a full refund to be put toward cost of new unit).

We gave them 2 units to clean, they said 2-3 days. It took 7 days with several cancellations in that time frame (the truck broke down, the delivery guy called in sick, they were sooo busy, etc.). We are convinced they knew they significantly damaged our A/C (it looks like it was dropped or something dropped on it) and took the extra few days to attempt to fix. Rather than own it and do the right thing they shoved it in the wall crossed their fingers it would work and ran.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Buckley Installation and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step was handled with professionalism and care.

The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options, ensuring I made the best choice for my home. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my home spotless after the installation. The quality of their work is top-notch, and I can already feel the difference in the comfort of my home.

I highly recommend them to anyone. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

These guys came on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and did a perfect installation. New range hood onto a quartz backsplash and the wall mounted microwave with trim kit. Cleaned up before they left and were courteous. Highly recommend.

November 11, 2025 update: This company is not reliable. Their technician failed to show up for an appointment in the afternoon of October 23 that I had made on October 22 with their receptionist Joann. No one called me to explain this failure, neither the technician nor Joann, so I called Joann and she told me that the technician had a family emergency. I tried to make another weekday afternoon appointment with Joann but she told me that on weekdays the technician can only come to my home in the morning; I told her that for health reasons the morning does not work for me. After I posted a critical review of the business, the owner, Gregory Buckley, replied to my post and invited me to try again to obtain a weekday afternoon appointment. I did try again and this time Joann assured me that the technician would call me either in the evening of November 10 or in the morning of November 11 and then come to my home in the afternoon of November 11. The technician did not call me, Joann did not call me, and I have given up on this company.

Excellent experience. Gave a 1 hour window and showed up on time. Took out old dishwasher, installed new one and had it running perfectly within 15 minutes. Workers were very professional and pleasant. HIGHLY recommend and will be using again in the future! Thank you again for the fantastic experience, it is appreciated!

Eddie and his partner were extremely professional, polite and took their time to install our microwave. They also took measurements for our stovetop and wall oven. When we order those 2 items we will request for Eddie again. Thank you

On Tuesday two men from Buckley arrived at my house in a truck clearly marked with Buckley signage to deliver and install a new dishwasher I purchased from PC Richards.
Upon arrival they checked out the old dishwasher to be replaced and the way it was installed. Ralph identified what was correct as well as what was potentially problematic with the installation.
I need to say that Ralph and his partner; whose name unfortunately escapes me, were consummate professionals. They overcame every obstacle the new installation presented, as they became apparent, with skill, the right tools, and parts they thankfully had onboard.
I would highly recommend this crew for any appliance installation to anyone who would ask.

I am a little person-so every time a delivery person-repair person-any one- the shock on their faces are crazy!!! And if there is two of them look out the laughing - the eye contacts- it is out of control
When I went to the door today Eddie had a big smile and a wave. Then Will came in there was no laughing no eye contact-truly just two nice and Kind guys !! They were so funny and friendly!!! I just wish this crazy world would have more Eddies and Will in it. And a big shout out to Buckleys Installation for employing two amazing guys!!! Thanks I truly hope they are recognize for their outstanding work!!!!!

No other way, but to give these folks FIVE stars. John and Derek were here on behalf of PC Richard to install a gas stove, a dishwasher and an above-range microwave oven. They were professional, good-humored, neat, on time, and most of all, they did a fantastic job. It was like working with family.

I had an ancient eye-level oven stove here that I thought would never be removed from the house. It seemed stuck in place. John walked in, took one look at it, and in a matter of 10 minutes the whole thing was slid out and disconnected. Each and everything they did was done with care and according to code. I would not hesitate to call them to install something I bought elsewhere.

At a time when it is hard to find qualified, skilled people, these guys at Buckley outdid themselves and everyone else. I am categorically recommending John and Derek for any installation job you may have. They are the best. Feel free to contact me if you need more information.

They installed my gas stove and range hood and did an amazing job. The guys were super friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything came out perfect, and they left the place spotless. Couldn’t have asked for better service — highly recommend them!

Based on the response from Greg Buckley, you can see he takes no responsibility for the damage caused by his employee. I paid for a dishwasher and the installation. PC Richard provided the $1,500 refund. Good luck to anyone dealing with this business if they did not pay through PC Richard. Thank you PC Richard!

If Ralph and John are G.O.A.T. installers, Tom must be the worst. Tom at Buckley Installation and Service should reconsider his career choice. Tom scratched my floor and failed to screw the dishwasher in place. Both Tom and his helper had a strong odor of marijuana when they arrived at my home. When I addressed this with the office manager, I was told that marijuana use is legal, which didn’t address the professionalism concerns I had.
Too bad Ralph and John weren't my installers.

The replies you see on google are very different from what you experience when you call the office. The owner ignores my calls, I had to call from an unknown number in order to get Greg to answer the phone. The office manager has an attitude all while trying to downplay the damage caused by the installer.

Greg did come to my house and attempted to fix the scratches with a pen. As you could see in the pictures, the pen did not work. Greg even went as far as sending me a nasty text because I left this review. See image below.
