Hi I want to thank Abby’s service for a job well done. Steve&smitty were great! They made sure to get my airconditioner back fast!The technician Mathew&Dave were knowledgeable & on point I would definitely recommend this company!

Worst experience dealing with this company I would not recommend this company at all. The main reason is the way Stephen the rep who answers the phone is unprofessional and talks down to the customer. They have taken the air condition unit to be fixed, returned it and it never worked properly. The came again and took it promising to return it soon. When I called to find out what the problem is I was told they cannot tell me because they sent out the claim. What type of business, doesn't keep records? The don't call to tell you the time frame that they will be coming, instead they tell you to call to find out. Horrible service!

Totally rip-off. Firstly they came late yesterday to my apartment in 2 Horatio street, after assigned 3 hour time slot, didn't called before.
AC was already dismantled on the floor, so no work around that, everything easy, I showed the problem with wire, they accidentally tore off the wire completely (now AC doesn't work at all, before at least fan was blowing, but not cooling), they said that can't fix wire, don't do such works, that I need to find someone else. Said that could change whole control panel for 400 USD and it will take a week or so. But it was excessive heat during these days in Manhattan, as it is always in July, even an idea to stay without an AC for week drove us crazy. And I could buy the same AC for 200 USD in Craigslist already today. So they spent here 2 min, took 97 USD service charge (which was higher than they said before on the phone) just for coming in and finishing my sick AC and left. No good. I imagine how many other clients they rip-off this way every day. Such a shame LG Customer Service suggested this company, I though they gonna be good guys. Don't trust them, folks!

Purchased from PC Richards and they use these guys for servicing Friedrich ACs and they referred me here.
Worst service ever!!! From the initial call to set up an appointment, they were rude and like other say, it was as if they were the customer.

Made my first appointment and was told I MUST CALL at 4:30pm to see what 3hour time slot they will show up the next day. Apparently they rang my doorbell(the guy on the phone tells me his guys are very aggressive with ringing bells, I don't think so!) and nobody answered (meanwhile somebody was home all day long listening for the bell to ring. I also tested my bell to make sure it worked and it did!!) They called as I stepped away from the phone and left a nasty message to me. Also I left 2 phone numbers just in case, they only called 1.

I gave them the benefit of doubt because I was nice... So I made another appointment with them and I made sure to give them 3 numbers this time. I called today 6/29/2017 at 4:30 to confirm my appointment for 6/30/2017 and they tell me there is nothing set up. Also I missed my second appointment somehow (because of their scheduling screw up) and the guy(I think his name is Steve) just said "We do not give third chances, call PC Richard and have them schedule you for another company."

These guys are just unbelievable. I have already filed a complaint for BBB, I will make sure PC Richards higher ups know not to use your service, and make sure everyone online (via social media) knows about this horrendous experience.

I originally was suppose to use Buckley Installation to fix my AC which is one of the other companies besides Abbey West that PC Richards uses when you purchase a warranty. Buckley was terrible. Never called never came when they were suppose to 2x. However, Abbey called kept me informed and came when they said they would and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. My AC was leaking water like a faucet . Thank you Abbey for providing Better than Expected Service!!

Steve and his service team were recommended to me by my FRiedrich AC dealership ..I couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism, work quality, integrity , reasonable service fee and their efforts to make my experience as “ seamless “ and comfortable as possible!! My machine was removed from my home , steamed cleaned and returned to me like new!!They are personable , attentive and a joy to do business with.

I would like to bring attention to People regarding unprofessional services that I experienced with an Air-conditioner Vender by Abby Service West Inc, located in Brooklyn. The company employee are very rude, bulling customers and do not provide services that I requested. After they took my air conditioner for repair, they return completely different air conditioner back to me. It took me one year to prove that they exchange my air conditioner and did not in stole my own air conditioner back. If you read this, please do not use this particular vender for your air conditioner repair or maintenance. I hope this review will help someone in the future.

I bought a Friedrich Wallmaster unit which started spitting out white particles within 1 year of use. When I called Friedrich, they referred me to AbbeyAir. I've read reviews about them being rude but I think people just confuse the old school Brooklynese for rudeness. After explaining my situation, and we got on the same page, everything worked out as promised. Sure it stank my AC went out right before the 4th of July weekend, I got it back within 3 business days. I can't comment on the cost because it was covered under warranty but it came back steam cleaned and looking practically new. They gave me a window of 9AM-12PM delivery and called me 9AM on the dot while waiting outside. 2 guys came in, installed, test, and left within 15 mins. Like every business, they have a system they follow and unexpected things will always happen. If they said they would call you back in 15 mins and they don't, you can pick up the phone and call them back. I think people just gotta know how to work with other people. They did right by me and this is just my experience.

My Friedrich window AC stopped working and was still under warranty. Abbey Service West was recommended by Friedrich for servicing. They were easy to schedule an appointment with. A technician came to my home, determined it needed a new part, took it to their facility for service. 8 days later my AC was returned, installed and works like a charm. I would definitely use their service again.

Communicative and professional. They even recommended I not get the AC serviced, to save me money (though I did choose to for my own reasons). I told them I had to leave my home at a certain time and they made sure the return delivery arrived well before that. Took a few days longer to work on it than I expected but not far from the initial time projected.

Highly recommended appliance repair service, fast and efficient work.

Always a pleasure to do business with Buckley Installation and Service. Justin is professional, and honest. Highly recommend using.

The installers just left after installing a new microwave. They were on time, courteous, professional and neat! I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

The staffs from this company are stealers. They came into my property and stole my belongings while wearing the company t-shirt and driving the company van. This action says a lot about the workers so please consider again if you plan to hire them because they will steal your belongings as they are servicing you. Please be careful everyone!

Justin and his team were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly…they installed an AC in my moms home and we are extremely satisfied. I highly recommend using this company…we definitely will again with any future needs :)
