Stay away from this service. They are the worst. They are totally unreliable and nasty. Person on phone was disrespectful, low class and was yelling at me for no reason. They didn't show up for an appointment two different days, I stayed home all two days waiting for them and they didn't even call. When I called them, they said I wasn't home. I never left my apartment for one minute and that is when they started yelling at me. Don't use them ever! Would have given them "0" review but it wasn't an option.

These two guys who work for Buckley Installation and Service went into my property and stole my stuff, I will call the cops on that. This is not acceptable especially if you are wearing the company t-shirt and driving the company van, it is such a bad reputation for the company. This action tells a lot as in the people that works for this company so be careful with who you want to hire to install your air conditioners because they might steal your belongings while you are not looking too as they are "servicing" you.

On Saturday I had an installation and just wanted to thank Angel and Luis for such a professional and neat service. Hope in the future I'm lucky to get them back to do my installation. Thank you Angel and Luis.

John Paulson (installer) has been in my house numerous times for setting up and delivering many appliances over the past 30 years. He is a gentleman and is very conscious of how he moves around your house and household items and furniture so nothing is broken. Top quality service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend

Had an emergency with my cooling system and the company who originally did the job disappeared. I was referred to Buckley Installation and service by a close associate with high recommendation.With all that was happening at the time skepticism was the first thing to come to my mind but I was sooooo gratefully pleased with the professionalism. I got thorough explanation of what the problem was and what would be done to resolve the issue. To no avail all went perfectly well and I am a very satisfied client.

Did my washer and dryer installation. Eddie was on time, efficient, checked to make sure everything was installed just right, and was very personable. Very nice experience.

UPDATE: if I could make this a 0 star rating, I would. Justin at first appeared sympathetic and helpful saying he’d get someone out tomorrow to replace my unit. After a full day of noncommittal and lackluster responses from Justin and Mike, I’m in the same place I was this morning - hot, frustrated, with a leaking AC unit, and without any resolution. Justin said the reason they can’t come tomorrow is because most Manhattan buildings (including mine) don’t accept COIs on Saturdays. Fair. But this was never communicated to me as their issue and I didn’t even think about the COI. If they had been communicative on this point before 3pm on a Friday, I could have found a different repair service and stopped this nonsense. When I told Justin the same his response was “lmao”… again, very unprofessional. They said they could come next week without the service charge, but I’ll find a more reliable company.

Was scheduled for service today as my AC unit chose the worst time to have an issue - the current heatwave. The receptionist told me yesterday that the tech would call me to schedule a 4 hour window this morning. Nothing.

I had to call them at 11:30am to be told my technician had car trouble but would be calling me. Still nothing.

I called the office a little after 4pm to be greeted with a recording that they close at 4 and their inbox is full so no way to leave a message. Why couldn’t they call me to give me a courtesy heads up that they needed to reschedule?

I worked from home today to accommodate their visit. Not ideal in a heatwave when the apartment isn’t cooling properly and my office has fine AC. I get that a heat wave is a busy time for this kind of business but that’s no excuse to be this unprofessional.

I have my 3 window ac units serviced and installed every year by Buckleys. They’ve always done a good job by me and my air conditioners have been running smooth every year. They even helped me with suggestions for which type of ac would be best for my house. I highly recommend using them for any appliance/Air conditioning install

These guys are MIRACLE workers!! I barely want to walk up to my 4th floor apartment with no elevator, and these dudes brought up a whole washer and dryer unit with no issues. My dudes Tom and Anthony worked efficiently together and respected my time, giving me a call way ahead of time so I knew they'd be coming later in the day, and again when they were on their way. Very nice on the phone and in person.

They actually broke 2 perfectly air conditioners that I had asked them to clean. The owner (eventually) promised to repay me what I had paid them. He never did. They operate under several names.

Great Service and Great people! I work with houses and rental properties and the Buckleys have come through every time i'm in a pinch. I recommend them to everyone!

Justin and his helper were so quick and efficient with installing my dishwasher. They were very knowledgeable and made to bring all the right parts to hook up my new machine. Very happy and satisfied with the service!

Lucky for me, PC Richards ( who cannot even do their own “survey” correctly) subcontracted my dishwasher installation (the second time) to Buckley. On time, professional and efficient. Now that I am aware of this business, and know they will travel to LI, even though they are based out of Brooklyn, I will hold on to their information for any future needs.

I have used Buckley multiple times now and let me tell you, If i could give them 10 stars i would. Everything about them was super professional from start to finish.Last year i had them come and install two air conditioning units in my place of business. They showed up exactly when they said they would, installed the units without making a mess, and made sure their cuts were nice and clean. last week i had an issue with my boiler, I called Buckley and they showed up the same day taking care go an issue i had in the past that another contractor claimed he couldn't fix, Buckley came and made the repair without hesitation, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Buckley is the only company to call if you need work in long island or the 5 boroughs!!

Just wanted to say that Lance and Vince came and did an install of washer and dryer and did an excellent job!! They were on point, on time, courteous, very friendly, and answered any questions we had. I can’t thank them enough for putting us at ease. Your company should give them a bonus, a raise something. Excellent workers!!!!

Great company with excellent service. John and Derrick were very professional and did a great job installing my dishwasher. Very neat and cleaned up after job was done. Highly recommended.

The two young gentlemen who came to install the dishwasher were polite and so efficient. They took out the old dishwasher so quickly and installed the new one cleanly and perfectly. Very professional crew. Would definitely recommend.

Justin and Jovan were phenom! They went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t melt away during a heat advisory in the middle of July. 10/10 would recommend ☺️

I had my through the wall air conditioner installed today by Mike and his partner. They removed the existing ac that must have been like 100!years old lol and replaced it with a brand new one in less than 30 minutes. They were punctual and Mike communicated with me throughout the entire process. He called me in the morning to confirm a time slot and then again when he would be on his way over. They were respectful of my home and the fact that we didn’t want anyone walking on our new hardwood floors. On top of excellent service even took the old ac with them when they were done. I am very pleased with my service from them. They will be my go to installers when it’s time to replace the other units.

Excellent service Ed was respectful, diligent, and definitely had expertise on installing our dishwasher. I highly recommend using them on any install.

This company is "top notch"! We purchased from PC Richard's a survey and installation. Anthony C came to do the initial survey and noticed that our old Dishwasher and Microwave were not installed properly. Our Microwave needed an adjustment to make the door open correctly and he did it for us to get us by. That sealed the deal for my wife and I to chose Buckley. We requested Anthony to come back to install our new dishwasher and got a surprise, Justin who trained Anthony was our installer. Justin and his partner (I believe it is Jovan) were truly in-sync. While one was disassembling the old dishwasher, the other was prepping the new dishwasher. They were fast, knowledgeable, professional, tidy and most important personable. I would recommend this company. I look forward to them installing my built-in microwave when it arrives.
