No one else could come over until the next day for an extra fee - they were the only ones available at that time. They did the job fast and cheaply, a big difference from other companies. We've had nothing but trouble with Berry's for our luxury building's HVAC system, which they installed using high-end Mitsubishi units. From day one, the system was a disaster - we're talking condensation issues in two different areas and ceiling drywall that's cracking so badly it won't hold up to repair. We repeatedly brought this to their attention, but each time, their team would send over handymen who'd slap together temporary fixes and tell us to change our filters more often.

The problem persisted day after day, despite their assurances. It wasn't until we hired another HVAC contractor that they actually took a serious look at the system - and what did they find? Mistakes galore, including blocked diffusers covered in plastic tape, subpar filters that didn't meet manufacturer standards, air handlers clogged with construction dust and debris... the list goes on. The "experts" from Berry's were laughing and shaking their heads as they pointed out all these issues.

Now we're stuck dealing with the fallout - literally, as our ceiling is in such bad shape it'll need to be ripped out entirely. And with three separate inspections confirming that Berry's installation was a complete disaster, the bill for repairs is going to run into tens of thousands of dollars. This company should not be operating; they're a nightmare and we can't recommend them to anyone.
