Natasha did a fantastic job with a deep clean in my new apartment. She was friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. I consider myself to have a meticulous attention to detail, and Natasha cleaned the hard-to-reach places and things that I didn’t even notice at first. I will definitely be asking for Natasha again, and I strongly recommend her to anyone in the Hoboken/Jersey City area.

I have never seen my apartment as clean and organized like today!! Tiffany is such a sweetheart, was amazing at her job! She was so dedicated even in the smallest details.

Pita did a fantastic job. I’ve used several cleaners before who’ve attempted to tackle the bathroom tiles and none of them could get them properly cleaned. Pita managed to make them sparkle. Her deep clean of the bathroom was phenomenal. She also cleaned the rest of the house with the same amount of efficiency and skill. I was not expecting this old house to ever get this clean. But she pulled it off and then some. Will definitely be using them again. Also, shoutout to Marcos for coordinating everything and communicating on a very professional level. Which is also something I have not experienced with cleaning companies in the past.

Danny was great! He was on time, very communicative, and friendly. When he arrived we did a quick tour around the apartment and then he got to work immediately. He paid extra attention to the areas I said needed a little extra help and was very detail oriented. I recently learned my cat has a dust allergy which is ironic since they cause so much dust! Danny made sure all surfaces were dust free, completely moving items to clean all around them. He was also very sweet and patient with my cat who was very curious about him! I’m grateful for his hard work and I know Kelly Cat is too! Thanks Germ Smart and Danny!

Can’t recommend GermSmart enough!! So happy I came across this service when I was moving into my apartment. Marcos was so helpful and communicative which made planning the clean extremely seamless and convenient. Sharlene did such a fantastic job and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your home has been thoroughly cleaned is priceless! Will definitely be using them again. Thanks GermSmart!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of a cleaning by Nat and Amanda. They were professional, personable, sensitive, and an overall delight to have in our home. The work was meticulous and thorough. It was clear they took great pride in their cleaning. We are not accustomed to having outside help to clean our apartment, as we are pretty tidy guys. This time, we had spent a lot of the summer traveling and fell behind on some of our household chores. I had my apprehensions, but the moment Amanda and Nat appeared at our door, they made me feel immediately at ease. I was home for the cleaning, and personally observed how careful they were with our belongings and how friendly they were with our two curious Shih-Tzu pups. They spent an entire two hours on my kitchen alone! Special touches like cleaning the interior of our oven and even the air vent in my bathroom were greatly appreciated. Marcos was also a pleasure to work with. He is a responsive, consummate professional. I have no doubt GermSmart will be a very successful business. While regular professional house cleaning is outside of our budget, we will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Lillian did a wonderful job!! I knew she was a true professional when she started to clean that little part between the cabinets and the kitchen floor. Every surface was clean, every room was clean, and she had a pleasant attitude the whole time.

The initial interactions with the office staff were also simple and fast. I’d book again.

Contacted them on a Friday evening about coming the next day to do a surface level cleaning for a party. They were very responsive and communicative about what they were able to offer and scheduling a time for me. Booking the appointment was very easy and sure enough the next day someone came right on time to clean. Just asked them to do a surface level clean, no organizing or deep cleaning, just good enough for guests to come over. After about 2 and a half hours we were notified that the cleaning had been completed and we returned to out apartment. They had done a great job and did exactly what we asked! Would def recommend if you need a cleaning done in a pinch!

Amanda and Michelle cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment and it has literally never looked better! They were really nice, careful around our cats and took extra care on a lot of forgettable places such as cobwebs in high corners and cracks between our furniture. Would 100% book again! The company as a whole is very responsive and was very helpful in helping me pick out what I wanted from my cleaning over text.

I booked this company for a new move in. Michelle Vegas, one word ! Amazing ! She was very punctual. From the moment I turned the keys into my apartment she introduced herself to me we did a walk through together and she ensured me that she would take care of everything I pointed out she ensured that she will sanitize and disinfect. When I returned back to the apartment after she was done I was just so happy it smelled good, place looked brand new. I can go on and on. I will continue to book and definitely recommend to a friend or family.

Perfect cleaning experience! Amanda did a great job from start to finish. She was very detailed oriented but covered the whole place in just under two hours. I have two kittens so vacuuming and dusting was a big priority for me and she totally delivered! No dust left at all. And she vacuumed so much the fully charged Dyson battery died lol! On top of that she was so nice to my furbabies and let them hang out with her while she cleaned. I would highly recommend GermSmart! I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Lillian was great! After a bad experience using Handy, we called GermClean to do another cleaning. They were super responsive and able to fit us in right away. Lillian was friendly, communicative, on time, and did an excellent job getting our apartment ready to move in.

Rosemary arrived early with all her equipment ready to work. She was friendly and professional. She did a very good job cleaning my bathroom and listened to specific concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend this service to a friend.

Rosemary was the best! She was incredibly professional and attentive to make sure the whole condo was deep-cleaned! Also, GermSmart makes the booking and communication process SO easy. I couldn’t have been happier and will definitely use them again going forward!

I had an absolute fantastic experience with GermSmart. I had hired the company for a deep cleaning of my apartment. Natasha did a remarkably job at deep cleaning the areas I had highlighted. She was also a gem to be around, I felt completely comfortable with her being in my apartment to clean. Would highly recommend GermSmart specifically Natasha for all of your cleaning needs!

I chose the deep clean option for my home. Booking the reservation with Marcos was easy breezy. The cleaners, Natasha and Lupita, were a few minutes early. They were friendly, thorough and efficient. Great attention to detail and completed the job on time as expected. Nothing beats a professional clean, one less thing on my to do list! I’ll definitely book with GermSmart again.

Marcos was very responsive and helpful scheduling my first cleaning. Jacklyn was professional, friendly and courteous and I was pleased with the quality of the service. She spent the time to thoroughly clean the apartment (and with two pets this can take a lot of effort!). I will definitely use GetmSmart again.

I hired this company many months ago to clean our small Brooklyn apartment. The seemed a bit high priced but I was able to look past that as initially they did a good job. Soon after, it became a constant merry-go-round of house cleaners and one was worse than the next. The icing on the cake was the last cleaning where I was talked into a "Deep Cleaning" as we had a bug issue which was quickly resolved. We were supposed to get 2 cleaner and only go one and this guy was the worst yet. The bed was sloppily made and 2 of the rooms, my office and the living room were barely touched and certainly not cleaned. As I wiped my hands over surfaced, dust flew. When I called to complain to Marco, I received a 10% discount for my troubles. I immediately canceled my services with them and would never recommend them to anyone. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY.

Jennifer reported to her assignment on time, as scheduled. She was pleasant and ready to work. She handled her work in a professional manner. She did a marvelous job. I highly recommend Jennifer for the work that she does. I would not hesitate to continue working with her. I really needed the support in maintaining a clean environment and Jennifer has provided that outlet for me. I truly thank my daughter for the referral. It was well worth it.
