I DO NOT recommend GermSmart whatsoever. Stay far away from this company. They are thieves. My tenants left the apartment completely empty and partially cleaned. There was not much that needed to be done. The kitchen was the main issue. I just didn't have time to clean it myself. So I hired GermSmart (NYC). They charged me about $250.00 plus tax for 5 hours. After 5 hours, the apartment was still filthy. They are not professionals. I might as well have cleaned it myself. They will purposely take their sweet time cleaning and once the time has expired, they will try to charge you more money for more time. That's the game they play. And of course the kitchen, (which was the main issue) was left for last. Absolutely filthy. Not happy at all. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that they came on time. That's it. Half their reviews must be fake. I would never use their services again. Really pissed off.

Staff is lovely, cleaning is fantastic! GermSmart's team is very trustworthy, flexible, communicative, and so easy to work with. We appreciate the great work they do to keep our museum clean!

Coordinating multiple offices isn't simple, but they stay organized, follow through, and keep things moving without us having to chase anyone down. That alone has made them a valuable partner for us.

I needed someone to come and deeply clean my place, and this was an emergency. We had family coming over, and the place was a mess!! It had to happen that day. There wasn't a single cleaning company that could do it that day. I called New beginnings and to my amazement Julian understood me and guaranteed that someone will be at my place in a couple of hours. An hour later, someone was there and I couldn't believe how clean the place looked. If you are looking for someone honest, affordable, will do an amazing job and willing to work with you, then this is the company for you!! I cannot thank Julian enough!!!!

My cleaner was polite, quiet and efficient in her work. My apartment was dusted, polished, vacuumed and cleaned to an extent that I couldn’t replicate myself. I am very pleased with these consistent results and have already become a regular client of New Beginning Cleaners, LLC.

I had New Beginnings come clean my apartment when I moved in. They did such a good job deep cleaning everything so I could start unpacking in a spotless place! The price was super affordable, too. I’ll definitely be using them in the future for maintenance cleanings!

I have a beautiful 5 year old boy and a wonderful dog whom I love both very much, but they make my house a mess on a regular basis! Now right after the holidays my house was a real disaster and I was a bit overwhelmed, so I spoke to my husband and we decided to get some professional help. I found New Beginning Cleaners, I realize they are fairly new but they have awesome reviews so I decided to give them a try. My goodness was I beyond amazed with the results!! My house looked amazing after just one cleaning. Everything was in its respective place and everything was clean!!! There was no dog hair on the carpet or couch and all the toys both kid and dog had found a place that wasn’t the middle of the living room! Lol We received the New Year in a fresh and clean home and I couldn’t be happier. I will surely use them again and I highly recommend their services. They are amazing at what they do and the staff is incredibly friendly and understanding. 👍🏼

New Beginning Cleaners was processional, friendly and accommodating with our cleaning needs. What I liked about them was the initial quick video call so I could show them what needed to be cleaned for a quote provided quickly, and the cleaner they provided was wonderful and efficient. Would recommend to anyone!

They were incredibly professional. From booking to the service it self. For starters the booking process was done via phone call as well as a quick FaceTime so they could plan accordingly and quote accurately. Really appreciate the attention to detail in the booking, this helps to l avoid the dreaded last second price change (oh the space is bigger than we thought etc.) The cleaner herself (Maria) was on time, polite and did a truly amazing job. She went above and beyond and cleaned things I didn’t even think of (air vents etc.) For the cleanliness factor and professionalism I was pleasantly surprised when I received the bill. Great service, kind people, affordable. Genuinely couldn’t have been more impressed, using them again.

This is my second time using New Beginning Cleaners, they did a move out cleaning for me and then a move in cleaning. Both times were great. The cleaning team was on time, communicated with me during the cleaning and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

This may have been the most positive experience I've had working with a cleaning crew. Communication was clear, consistent, and transparent when it came to pricing. We hired them to clean a 3,000 sq ft commercial space that had just been remodeled, so there was a lot of dust and debris left in the space. I was stunned to come back the next morning to find the place spotless. I will be working with them again on future projects.
