I’ve been using this company since I moved here. They are dependable, fkexable, communicate well…..I’d highly recommend them.

Katherine and Wendy are personable, kind, and extremely responsive, and Dayhana did a fantastic job cleaning our office. Dust and grim had accumulated for over a year and it was absolutely spotless when they were finished. There are a lot of computers and hard drives to work around but everything was perfectly intact afterwards and even the computer screens were cleaned. Would highly recommend and will be using them regularly!

We were having a busy few weeks with not enough time to fully deep clean our house. So we scheduled an appointment with New Beginning Cleaners and it was the best decision ever! We called on a Friday and they had availability the following Monday -- so quick! The process was very easy and thorough. I did a quick video call with their team, they provided an estimate, and we were off from there. :) They sent two people for our 2 bed 2 bath, and it was cleaned, mopped, everything within 2.5hrs! They were very flexible as I work from home and super friendly to our one cat as well. They brought all of the cleaning materials with them, and used our own vacuum + broom, which makes it so much easier! I would definitely book them again and highly recommend them. The price was well worth it!

I hired NB for my Son’s Baby Shower Event. This was my first time using New Beginnings and, I must say that I was NOT disappointed. Wendy was very professional in making sure that ALL of my Needs were met.Margaret and the other two Ladies did a FANTASTIC job. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to Everyone.

Hired New Beginning Cleaners for a post-construction cleaning after my kitchen renovation and they did a great job! There was a ton of sawdust around and they left it totally spotless.

Tanya was absolutely wonderful and did a great job with cleaning our hospital. The surfaces were wiped down and the hospital smelled so nice after she was done.

New Beginning Cleaners did an excellent job deep cleaning my kitchen. This was my first time using a cleaning service, and beforehand, I wasn’t sure if my high expectations would be met - but they definitely were. The cleaner’s (Catalina) work ethic and attention to detail were great. I would also add that the scheduling process was very easy and smooth. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

This company has been fantastic, we have had multiple cleaners and have done regular cleaning and a move in clean, and all has been amazing. The best part is the customer service. You can always get a hold of them over the phone or text, and they respond immediately. Highly recommend.

Lorena and Ligia went above and beyond with a deep cleaning of my space. They did so much more than I expected or asked for and my space looks so beautiful and feels so fresh. They worked quickly and efficiently and I cannot begin to thank them and New Beginning enough for the spectacular work they did today and at such an affordable rate. I’ve already referred New Beginning to my family and can’t wait to use them again. I found them from a Google search, so if you’re looking at reviews and wondering if you should book just do it! I’m so glad I did.

We were very satisfied with the cleaning service. Both cleaners were very friendly, arrived on time, and finished exactly as scheduled. Everything they cleaned was absolutely spotless, the bathrooms were perfectly clean, and the oven was cleaned thoroughly and with great care. They paid attention to even the smallest details, which really made a difference. We can highly recommend them and would happily book them again!

I really wanted to like this business since it's woman-owned and I'm a female small business owner myself. Diana is lovely and excellent at customer service and sales, she was very reassuring when she came to do the initial walkthrough and provide a quote. BUT. Our space takes about 3 hours to clean, by their own estimate. Note that all cleaning was done after hours so I was not able to directly oversee the cleaner (but that's what I hired this company to do!!) The first cleaner they hired would just come and empty the trash cans and then leave. I went on a vacation and when I came back my business was literally filthy. I complained, and Diana apologized profusely, said they would do a make-up cleaning, said they would talk to the cleaner. Nothing changed for a month, after the make-up cleaning they sent back the old cleaner and no further cleaning was done. I complained again, and Diana again apologized and said they'd swap to a completely new cleaning team, and had "worked on their management procedures to make sure this would never happen again." They sent a new cleaner... and after a few more weeks I noticed things were dirty so I reviewed my security footage - the NEW cleaner was also staying for about 40 minutes out of the 3 hours they were charging me for, doing the bare, bare minimum like kind of sort of wiping down a few surfaces, and then leaving. By my calculations, I ended up paying $166 an hour for cleaning over the 6 months or so I tried to give PSC a chance. I asked them to refund some of my money but they have not to date. Highly not recommended!!

Update: giving someone a chance to refund some of the money that they charged you for a service that was NOT provided before you leave them a negative review is not “trying to get a free service by threatening them”. This business never offered to refund me any money despite not completing the cleaning I paid for.
