Our experience with GermSmart has been great so far! Marcos was incredibly communicative and provided timely responses to our questions as we were scheduling our first cleaning. On the day of, Jacklyn arrived on time and clearly pointed out what was in scope and out of scope for our service. She was really fast and thorough and incredibly respectful of the fact I was working from home. We are looking forward to having her as our regular cleaner.

We hired GermSmart for a post construction clean at our new retail space in Lower Manhattan, and they nailed it. Super thorough and professional.

I had just moved into a loft in Brooklyn NY and was in need of a good deep clean, the place was filthy and the last thing I want to do is clean a big loft while I’m in the process of moving my belongings inside. I searched online and came across germsmart and they were able to have someone come tomorrow morning. Jacky was wonderful, she came on time and brought her own cleaning supplies and immediately went to work, she really focused on thoroughly cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets, fridge, all kitchen appliances and the windows which I mentioned was very important to me. Overall she did an amazing job cleaning the entire place and it looked completely different after she was finished, the kitchen appliances were sparkling, the wooden floors were glossy and I couldn’t be more happier. I would definitely request Jacky again in the future.

Jacklyn came and cleaned my renovated apartment today and did a GREAT job! She even got the dust off all the brick and made my place move in ready. Additionally, Marcos was great to work with and they helped setup my appointment and was accommodating to my move in date. I would defiantly recommend them and will be using this service again.

Lillian did an amazing job and was extremely thorough in her work. She performed a deep cleaning of the bathroom and standard cleaning for the rest of the apartment and I am so pleased! This was my first time using a cleaning service in the city and I will keep using GermSmart. The apartment has never looked better! Great customer service from start to finish, as well.

After a no-show by another cleaning service, I was left with an apartment that still needed to be cleaned and my tenants were moving in noon the next day. The team at GermSmart was able to accommodate my request and assigned Jacklyn to the job. Jacklyn came early in the morning and did a fantastic job! Electricity service had been turned off to the unit and she was patient as I worked to resolve the issue. Once the job was done, she offered to walk me through the cleaned apartment through a video call, which was much appreciated as I was not in town. She was friendly and very pleasant to work with! Would highly recommend the service based on this experience!

Omg Tiffany was so lovely and did a fantastic job! Our bathroom and kitchen needed a deep clean and there were stains and things that felt impossible to scrub off. But Tiffany literally did an immaculate job. She even did some cleaning of our living room after she was done with the initial areas. Totally recommend GermSmart. Danny did an absolutely amazing job with a deep cleaning of the apartment that my daughter just moved in. He cleaned all the other areas in the bathroom including the bathtub with stains and molds so clean and shiny that no one could tell, after his cleaning, that the bathroom had been neglected for a long time!! He also made the kitchen spotless and shiny!!! He was friendly, professional, thorough, and competent ! Danny is a Gem!! We highly recommend GermSmart! We found the rate being reasonable for the quality service we’ve got. In addition, Marcos who schedules for the jobs was excellent with communications, very responsive returning calls immediately, accommodating, and friendly!
