Thank you again for your amazing service ! I have called and spoke with Christopher , and he gave me a great estimate on fixing my boiler . Not only he did it in a amazing amount of time , but fixed my problema . So I wouldn’t have to buy a new one . They knew the exact problem and didn’t charge me a lot . Great service guys !

Had a broken pipe in the wall, they came in found the issue, fixed it and cleaned up, I can definitely recommend them and reasonably priced.

The company called a half our after our appointment stating the plumber would be late. Three and half hours later I called them and was told the appointment was rescheduled (without my knowledge) for next day. This is bad business. I would not recommend them in the future. Plus they charge a 1 hour travel fee of $160 - apparently this is not common if the job is within their normal service area. I lost a half day of wages to wait for these people. I will hire another plumber.

My sick elderly mother called this company because she was having an issue with water coming in the bathroom when there’s a heavy storm. A plumber came and did something and now what’s done in the upstairs bathroom comes up in the tub downstairs.
Called them back and they gave my mom the runaround and refuse to come back out to see what the problem is.
They’re all about the money once they get that they don’t care.

AMAZING - SAVED MY FAMILY MORE INCONVENIENCES DUE TO A SINK THAT WAS NOT REPAIRED AT ALL BY A SHADY COMPANY CALLED MARY PLUMBING IN EAST ELMHURST, NY and Ilan Elhananov from Nilan Construction & Demolition.

I’ve attached photos to show what Robert the awesome plumber / technician from 24 Seven Plumbing, Inc repaired. The fake plumber who came before him even put a plastic gas pipe where a water plumbing pipe should be.

So so grateful to 24 Seven Plumbing, Inc who I found through the Angi app. ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVERS AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS THAN 3 hours and tested the pipes and water pressure before leaving to ensure the repair was complete. Absolutely wonderful work! Thankful for legitimate plumbers and handymen in NYC because unfortunately it is rare!

Ive also included the before photos of the sink that Robert repaired after the shady guy Ilan pretended to fix. I’ve also included the shady guy’s business card so others can beware - DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY OR THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Completely scammed me for the installation of a faucet. Quoted me $1350 for the faucet and changing two valves they said would take 6 hours and require the plumber to clear his schedule for the entire day. The plumber had told me it would only take 30 minutes and when I told the office this they said he was wrong. It took 45 minutes and they still charged me the full $1350 so apparently their plumber makes $1800 an hour. Stay away.
