The young man working is very helpful and friendly. But the old man there is very rude and unprofessional, he will intentionally mess up your order. Will not be there again.

After going to two other plumbing supply stores, I was finally able to find the part I needed. Just looking at the old rusted part, the person helping me was able to identify the brand and quickly find the replacement. Great service, thank you!

The best reminder to support local business! Talked me through a small project that involved replacing pipes and joints (and other stuff your average renter knows nothing about) and allowed us to fix our bath faucet for a grand total of $19! Owner also insisted we take a few different length pipes and return the one that didn't fit, so it will actually be $16 when it's all said and done. Imagine what a plumber would have cost! Plus the sense of accomplishment is priceless.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but the older gentleman I dealt with was pretty rude and dismissive today when I came in about a question about a portable washing machine connection. I see many positive reviews so trying to be understanding, but I ended up leaving the store with no answers and a bit frustrated. Will try elsewhere.

I manage multiple luxury residences and deal with vendors all the time and am no novice to quality service. But reality is, this time I’m a woman walking in off the street, trying to do some home improvements of her own. Installing a dishwasher and changing out corroded pipes underneath the sink.

I was greatly impressed on many levels. Clearly I was going to the correct place based on clientele. Old and new school very reputable plumbers were in and out all day because this place is the real deal.

Their knowledge is unsurpassed. Being in the business themselves, they know it all and bonus, they will spend time and energy in helping you figure it out. Patient and never condescending.

If they don’t have it, you probably can’t find it anywhere. They have it all and if not, get it in 1 phone call. Parts are insanely difficult to find these days but they had no problem making it happen, quickly, for everyone who walked in and out.

Just genuinely good people who are locally owned and are a part of the community. Super helpful. Didn’t try to oversell and all recommendations were SPOT ON. If they can turn me into a novice plumber- successfully- they are pretty impressive.

Come on, this is a home run on literally all fronts. Money going back in to the community to a nice family as well as the fact you receive the best service with the best product and they can be trusted.

I’m writing this ridiculously long review because they are totally worth it.

Amazing! The store clerk assisted in providing me with parts to connect from my water inlet to a cheap cold water faucet that did not come with a pipe or fittings. After several trips to the store to get parts and exchange parts, I am proud to say my connections have no leaks! Best of all the clerk also assisted other customers without skipping a beat. I’m so glad I didn’t have to go to Home Depot.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, had to deal with a unique problem of finding a washer for an over 20 year old resin toilet bowl seat that had metal screws attached. Mousa found something comparable to seat it properly… and it worked :)

The older and young men were very helpful and friendly. They were able to help me buy a replacement part I needed in seconds. Will visit again for sure.

Super helpful, they had the tank I needed and were able to send it to me for delivery within 3-4 hours of purchase

I did have to go down there in person to pay which was a little annoying tho

The delivery dropoff itself could have been better executed (parked across the street instead of in front of the building, had to ask them to use their dolly and to help me carry it inside the building which I would have assumed would be included in their delivery job but whatever?)

But overall was just happy to get the tank I needed same day as it had been hard to find a place to get same day service

I had a faucet handle that needed to be replaced. I couldn’t find it anywhere online, or at the big hardware stores. They had one in stock, showed me how to install it and offered to swap if it didn’t fit. It took all of five minutes to replace, works great, and I had what I needed on the same day.

I had a very bad experience here. They were rude over the phone and rude when they arrived. I had a small leak in my kitchen sink that they were able to fix in under a minute, but still charged me $400 for. I do not recommend this company for the lack of communication and disrespect.
