My home developed a heating problem. Igor, Mr. I-Fix, understood that this was an issue which couldn't wait and came to address it the same day. In the end it turned out to be a plumbing issue which he fully repaired. Unrelated to the original problem, he also serviced my hot water boiler/burner. Definitely will use again in the future.

Mr. Fix and his partners have completed three jobs for me now (sink/pipes/radiators), and each time the service was exceptional -- professional, courteous, and very reasonable. They went above and beyond where the radiator had to be replaced with a smaller model that was more appropriate for the room. The smaller model left an area of wall that was untreated and didn't match the rest of the room. They very expertly installed crown molding, prepped and smoothed the uneven, peeling wall and repainted. The end result was impeccable. What started as a very stressful situation turned into great relief and total satisfaction with the work! Highly, highly recommended!!

Had problem with freezing pipes do too this 10 plus days of temps in the low teens and single digits. Came and disconnected frozen pipes and capped them. Installed new lines in a safer location. Cleaned up job site and all is well. Very professional and pleasant to do business with. Looks like Igor has many talents and I will be using his services again. Highly recommend.

Always responds quickly and gives reasonable estimates with no gimmicks or hidden costs. Latest job was to install RO water filtering system. While installing it, the original drain pipe did not look good. Guy replaced without any extra fees, part of the job. No leaks so far. Excellent job. Always pleasant to deal with. Called me to make sure all is good.

I had an emergency and he came very fast even though it was quite after work hours. I ended up having a new boiler and water heater installed, he did an amazing job! Answered all my questions and called the next day to make sure everything is working properly. Very knowledgeable and professional guy.

Our outdoor pipe burst and we called to have it fixed. He came very quickly and even came back to check on the water pressure that evening. Highly recommended. Very prompt, responsive and efficient service. Would definitely call again if we need any service.

Our old water heater was having problems and we needed to have a new unit installed. Igor came very fast and installed the new water heater. He made sure everything was working afterwards. Everything is running better than ever thanks to Igor. If you need any kind of plumbing/heating work then you will be glad that you called him. He is truly an expert at what he does! Thank you!

Only 5 stars?! I wish there were 6 to use for Igor and his team! He was in constant communication, provided solutions for issues I couldn't see a solve for, and his pricing is more than fair. When he was not on sight his team kept the pace moving and my project did not go longer than anticipated. He and his team were respectful of my neighbors and my building staff. Book Igor now because he WILL be busy in 2023. :-)

Igor and his team did fantastic work for us. Our boiler and hot water tank have given us problems since they were poorly installed 14 years ago by a different plumber. Our aquastat had corroded and there were several plumbing mistakes that had created issues throughout the hot water system. He looked at the job, gave us an estimate that day, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was efficient, friendly and patient. He explained what he was doing and why. His final bill came in exactly at the amount of the bid. No hidden fees or surprise parts. I would absolutely hire him again.

I am writing a new review to live alongside the first one I did about this guy. Let me state for the record, I wrote the first review because when he did a small job for me, he told me he’d knock off some percentage if I wrote a good review. I did it. He did a fine job. But I hired him for a much larger job, and I regret it every day.

In April he installed a new tankless boiler in my brownstone. A few weeks after installing, I noticed a small leak at the joint where he had connected the new PVC exhaust to our old pipe. I contacted him and asked him to repair the leak. He responded with “unit installation not included radiators systems, and exhaust system, new unit just added to existing piping system. If you want me to come, I charge 350.” I told him the leak did not exist before he installed the boiler, plus it was leaking at the exact junction where his new pipe connected the old exhaust, and by the way, he connected it with tin foil. That’s right. Tin Foil. I was so angry that he would charge me to fix a problem he created, I just decided to live with the little leak and not pay him a penny more. We had had the boiler at that point for 6 weeks.

Cut to December 30, and our boiler fails. A full shut down. It’s freezing out. Maybe the coldest week of the year. I have a house full of kids and family. We have no heat or hot water. I write to him. I call. I leave messages. I’m desperate. He doesn’t respond, or acknowledge the messages. After 2 days, he blocked me. I cannot describe how cruel and profoundly unprofessional it was for him to do what he did. We were freezing, and had no hot water. Neighbors had to lend us heaters. It had been 8 months since he installed the new boiler.

While we hired another plumber, I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with the manufacturer’s tech support. I had to take photos and videos so they could analyze the issue. I learned a great deal. They took one look at the photos of the system, and immediately noticed A) he had not installed a loop in main piping. And B!! the very joint that had been leaking, that he refused to fix because “it was not the boiler” , the tech support said : “you can’t exhaust into a 4 inch pipe. It’s clearly stated in the manual. Until that is resolved, we can’t help you. It’s considered an improper install.”

So, to summarize: “Igor NEVER HIRE Chepets” A) left me with a leaking system 2 weeks after installing a brand new boiler and told me the exhaust was not covered by his warranty. B) when the system fully failed, he absolutely ghosted me.

This guy is unscrupulous, doesn’t back his work, will disappear on you and displayed technical incompetence.
PS, the friends who recommended him, also fired him. And they apologized for the recommendation.

Had the problem with shower body in bathroom and a faucet in the kitchen. The guy came and replace it. He wasn’t cheap but job that he did is worth the money.

If you want a professional and don’t want to get burned on time and money call him first. True prices. They are best for job and money. 😎

I had a bathtub problem, and it wasn't draining properly. plumber came.
Visit price was a little bit expensive, i think, but now I can take a shower  without being afraid that It can be clogged.

We had to install a new service to our restaurant! Guys from dreampipe made an exelent job with the prefessional manner. All job was done in expected timeframe! Very good company with reasonable prices! Well definitely recomend if you are looking for you next plumber!

Had plumbing project that i wanted to do by my self to save  some money. Alex came to my house made a list of all plumbing material that I needed and told me how to do it. With visit, consultation, and plumbing design and list of material  he charged me $544.37, i have saved about $3300. I personaly think its worth it!
