Totally professional, intelligent work with micro camera They did a great job and only charged me for what I actually needed plus advised me on the process of other work related to the constellation of problems I was having with my sewer system. Thanks to them, finally all is solved. Truly the best sewer company.

My tenants flushed tons of baby wipes down the drain. Without knowing this, I hired two plumbing companies within two days to snake the drain separately but it didn’t help. The second plumber recommended best sewer, and Adam was able to come very quickly with his high-tech equipment. He explained that the clog must be deep down. As his special camera descended deep into the sewer line, we could see wads of baby wipes on his computer screen. He then cleared all the blockage with hydro jet in no time. The service was a bit pricey but he definitely knew what he was doing. In addition, he was very friendly. So I would say it is worth it and I would recommend him for clearing your stubborn sewer clogs.

We used this company previously, to properly clear our main sewer line. Because of Adam’s expertise and hard work, we were able to avoid an expensive excavation job, which could run between $15,000 and $20,000. Recently, on a Sunday, we had a stack line clog in our bathroom, and couldn’t use the water at all. Adam came running over, fixed the clog, and charged very little to do this. I highly recommend this company. I had a tree root situation in my sewer main line. Other plumbers were advising me to do expensive excavation repair, which we could not afford.
This company sent a plumber named Adam to my house, to camera my line and clear out the tree root. Adam was completely honest about everything he told me, from the moment I met him. He took the time to show me my sewer line via the camera, and carefully showed me the issues (Explaining everything in great detail.) Adam worked incredibly hard to remove all the tree root in my line and then showed me the great results (With the camera.)
He completely resolved my tree root situation, and in doing so literally saved us from an incredibly expensive and unnecessary expense. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Adam and to this company. Adam was a true professional and clearly is an expert in this line of work. Highly recommend these guys ! They came fast and the service was excellent. He unclogged the drain quickly and efficiently. They didn't try to nickel and dime me by telling me I had a bigger problem than what I had. They came in and let their work do the talking. As a business owner myself; I truly appreciated that. The technician arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable about sewers.
What I thought was a simple blocked sewer, turned out to be a major problem. He used the camera to show me the problem which shocked me. He told me what it would cost me, a price I thought was fair. Adam recently did a expert job on my sewer line. I only had backup during heavy rain and everyone else told me it was the City sewer not able to handle the amount of water. My neighbors have identical houses and they were not getting back ups so it made no sense. Adam did a video inspection to the street and found an entirely clear line with the exception of a small amount of roots. He then did a video inspection all they way to the back of the house and found a 90% blockage. After a few minutes of snaking the drain… all clear on the video! Fantastic!
I called them on Saturday afternoon for a clogged sewer line and they said they could not be there till Sunday morning, so I went with someone else instead who could come Saturday evening. Big mistake. The other guy came and without opening the pipe quoted me $675. That sounded steep so I called these guys again and they said they charged $275 and had never heard of someone charging $675 to unclog a line unless it needed water jetting (which is something you wouldn’t know until you were already inside the pipe).

So I sent Mr. $675 home and had these guys come the next morning. The older guy (Alek?) came and was great - very professional and friendly,. Line was very clogged with tree roots and it took him 45 minutes but he cleared it for $275. Thank you!

Called multiple plumbers/cleaners on Sunday morning with a number of them on vacation or charging some wild price to clear a backed up sewer line. Given the emergency and stressful situation, The Best Sewer Cleaning Services Inc quoted a super reasonable price and were available to arrive within the hour.

Two technicians gauged the awful conditions upon arrival and cleared the line within the hour. Would recommend these guys going forward.

The house after the person who came in and cleaned the clog was very nervous and left the house a mess. The whole kitchen is dirty.

The plumber did a very bad job. I called at 8:00pm and they promised to come in 2 hours. I called multiple times and nobody called me back. I started calling early in the morning and still no response. I'm waiting for their response for 13 hours.

Even in the early days of the pandemic, they were responsive to a clogged main drain and extremely professional. They have been doing my sewer for years at a phenomenal price. No complaints with the quality of the work. The problem with tree roots has led me to use them annually prophylactically in the spring. Excellent service.
