Late Friday night we had a sewer backup. Our basement started to flood. We called multiple numbers and everyone was unavailable. All we heard was promises to come the next day in the afternoon. We have kids at home, sink full of dishes and tons of action the next morning so we couldn’t wait. We called Victor Sewer & Drain and within 20 minutes they showed up, assessed the issue and got straight to work. What a life saver. Thank you so much. Highly highly recommend. Very prompt professional service. Eddie gives an estimated time of arrival. If Eddie is running late he called with an updated time of arrival. He was able to unclog a stubborn kitchen drain pipe. Eddie also replaced a kitchen drain assembly. The old drain assembly have seen better days. No more clogged sink and no more small leaks from the drain assembly. Definitely recommend his service.

We had an emergency with our sewer line backing up. On a recommendation we called Eddie at the end of the day. He scheduled us for the following noon. Eddie did a great job clearing the line. He's friendly, knowledgeable & proficient. What a relief now that the emergency is resolved and to know we have a reliable plumber.

Update 10/2025: It's a year later & we had our sewer line snaked, jetted & scaled to prevent further issues. Eddie scheduled us for the next day. He explained what he was doing & showed us the results. As usual, Eddie did a great job. We highly recommend him.

Cleared my sewer in my home. Came on time, good service. I will use him again.

I call him morning like 11am he came as soon as possible and did the job very quickly.

I called on Sunday morning because of a back up in the sewer line. Eddie picked up the phone, and got to my place in a Couple of hours. He was courteous and professional, and worked diligently to access the house trap, which was in an awkward location. He did the work professionally and quickly, and charged a fair and reasonable price. I would definitely use him again.

These guys came very quickly and were great. They took care of the problem and even helped to move things out the way and made sure that the sewer was clean afterwards so the smell wouldn’t last. Great service!
