The heating technician (Peter) was couteous and on time! Peter clearly explained what the issues were with my furnace so that I could understand. He also made sure to service it thoroughly, and the price was reasonable.

Very reliable plumber in Brooklyn. We had a plumbing emergency and we contacted them, they sent Peter and he came on time and fixed a water leak and save us from major damage. We are very satisfying with their service.

I had an Excellent experience with Park Slope Plumbing and Heating Services. It all started with the nicest receptionist who was so polite and friendly. The plumber was on time and very professional . We had a problem with our kitchen sink . He snaked the drain and also had to replace the pipes. He had to pull everything out under the sink and made sure to clean under the cabinet before he put everything back.  He was very Polite.  I would recommend this company to everyone.

We had a pipe burst and they showed up in under an hour and were quick and efficient in getting it fixed! We were out of state at the time and they made the process very easy, highly recommend!

They may be good at whatever they’re doing but they are rude. When they think the work is not big enough they hang up the phone on you.

Mike arrived and worked promptly and patiently answered all my questions. He solved my boiler problem and caught another that would have been a bigger fix down the road. Would recommend!

Mike and his team were wonderful to work with when I was dealing with an emergency leak in the kitchen of my townhouse. They were able to get someone over to assess the situation within an hour of me calling and walked me through the different options for moving forward and considerations of each. They also went above and beyond and helped me with some HVAC questions that I had once we dealt with the plumbing issue.

The circulator pump on my hot water heater was shot, and it was fixed quickly at a fair price. George was very responsive on the phone and via text.. Mike, the technician, then quickly reached out to me to schedule the appointment for the same day. Mike was on time, friendly, and competent. He removed and replaced the pump in about an hour.
