Wonderful working with Al and his team. Al was quick to respond to my call and diagnosed the issue with our garbage disposal on the same day while his office seamlessly handled all insurance requirements with my apt building. Within a few days, the necessary parts were ordered and the garbage disposal was installed. While there was a delay in obtaining the necessary parts (not the fault of Al/Philco), I was impressed with Al's upfront and communicative nature throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use them again for our plumbing needs.

Alec at Philco is a true pro. He walks you through what is needed. Gives you options so you can make an informed decision. If Alec isn’t on the job himself, he sends top notch techs. They are always polite, professional and leave the job spotless before they walk out. We recently had Philco install 2 Hot-water heaters. Then about 4 months later I asked Alec to move one of the heaters about 12-14 inches out from the wall because of a foundation leak that needed to be repaired… His guys were there the next day….
If you want the job, big or small done right the first time.. then there is only one call to make…. That’s Philco Plumbing !!!

Had a great experience with Alec. I ran into some issues before a new appliance delivery and he came by super short notice, and super early to help before they came in. He unhooked and capped a gas cap (the lines were stuck) and replaced two shut off valves (they were shot and I could not turn the water off to unhook the washer). He was on time, communicative, and his price was fair. And worth calling out he really pushed himself to get the job done before the delivery came (which he did). Can recommend you give them a call.

It was easy to schedule and they were very communicative about when they were coming. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything and were able to fix it same day. They also only charged a quarter of what I had previously been quoted by a company that was trying to sell me two new toilets that I didn't need. Honest and effective.

Alec was fantastic from PhilCo! Our water tank heater had an issue with leaking gas. The next day Al was out with our new tank and replaced it in 2 hours. We had a leak in our heater, I will give Philco (Alec and his team) top marks for responsiveness, knowledge and speed. They were in, replaced the heater which was at the end of its life, took it away and did everything in the timeframe they said.
