I did an entire kitchen with them. Their prices are fair, they are very customer service oriented and the installer was fantastic. They take what you say seriously and really work to make you happy with the product. I highly recommend them.

Following a last minute request due to a water heater end of life, the Philco team responded immediately to my call, was able to quickly source a non-standard heater model locally, and (re-)assign two of their crew members to replace the water heater, all within less than one business day. The customer service and quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the entire team is very professional. Simply put, you get what you pay for.

Quick to respond. Sent two professional plumbers. Charged $125 for a service call, which is fair and reasonable. In the end, it was a clogged toilet from toilet paper, not broken hardware (which I expected since this just happened with my other toilet). Still, Philco wanted to charge an additional $250 for unclogging the toilet which I was able to do with a plunger. The $250 felt like usury pricing. Liked the plumbers but not sure I would call this service again given the exhobitant price for using a snake for 5-10 minutes.

Phil was early, assessed our boiler room and provided me with what was needed to stay in compliance. He was honest and advised that the corrections to our boiler would be costly, but advised that we could shop around if we didn't agree the price. That made me feel at ease, and I hope to continue to work with the company in the future.

My hot water tank went out and I called Philco plumbing Alec arrived within the hour and fixed my issue. Great service and tech. I highly recommend them.

I've used PhilCo a few times now. Always very responsive, HONEST, and fair. Most recently I had a leak develop after a pipe repair done a few months back. Alec was excellent. Had his guy come in, fix everything and before I could ask, offered to waive the charge. He and his team are a pleasure to work with. Will keep coming back and recommend them highly.

Philco plumbing did an amazing job in my house! Al was very responsive and efficient with his work. He has completed multiple jobs in my home, and I would highly recommend this company!

I had a leak emergency and Alec sent two of his guys the next morning. They showed up on time, listened to my concerns, found the problem and corrected it. The price was very good too. I want to thank Alec for making sure that my problem was resolved and not overcharging me despite the emergency. With the quality of service and care I know Philco will continue to grow and expand. I would recommend them and use their service again.

Came out to my home to check a leak. They were supposed to be here at a certain time. Instead they came over an hour late after the established 2 hour windows. There was no notification of this. Once they were here, they didn't have the tool needed for their recommended course of action. Guy was also pretty curt, and spoke extremely loudly. But that's me more splitting hairs he may just not hear well.
