They were quick to reply initially and arrived within the hour. He accessed situation and explained what needed to be done. He clearly was very experienced. He and team seemed to work hard all the way through to completion. Pricing seemed fair as well.

I unfortunately had a poor experience with this company. Though they were pleasant when they worked, they were ineffective and a total waste of money. The first thing I asked the first day they started working was if I needed a new boiler. They said no. Three visits and $3k later, it turned out I did. I got my boiler replaced with a different company, the heat is finally working well, I just wish Above & Beyond Plumbing hadn’t gotten it wrong and wasted my time and money.

The service is fantastic - fast, friendly, and efficient. Marie was extremely helpful and expeditious in getting everything set up and scheduled for a repair to our water heater. Mike was very courteous and warm, thorough and concise with his work and follow-up. All transactions were completed digitally which made it very easy and user-friendly. I highly recommend using Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating for whatever job you need!

I recently did remodeling in my home and put in a new heating system. The owner, Michael Maniscalco and his men were the most consummate professional team of workers, I have ever had in my home. They were punctual, neat, clean, friendly and above all, respectful to both my husband and I. Michael answered all of our questions precisely and his explanations were concise and detailed. A survey was completed first to make sure just what equipment was needed. We received a written proposal within a few days, after a walkthrough and survey was completed. A timeline was given to us and all the work was done according to plan, and the entire job was finished on time and without incident. Upon completion, you would never know I had workers in my home. They left my house immaculate and removed the debris.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing a home heating system/boiler and a new hot water heater.

This business did a good job for the initial work done on my building's boiler. But just a month later, the boiler was not working. When I contacted Above and Beyond to have them come out once more, they refused to even schedule an appointment with me. And the dispatcher was really quite rude to me on the phone, speaking over me to assert she knew more about the status of the boiler than me, when I have lived in the building for five years; or even the plumber himself, who did not say to me what she was asserting the issue to be over the phone. Bizarre experience.

My backflow preventer was old, worn and in need of replacement. I’ve been searching high and low for a plumber who can tackle this task. I discovered not every plumber will approach this. My conversation with Mike was reassuring. We started with an estimate which I found to be reasonable compared to what I’ve been getting. I agreed to move forward with Mike and his workers. I meet with Kenny and Abdel (sorry if misspelled). They removed the old and installed the new and then tested it. After all work was done they cleaned the area where they worked before leaving. They were courteous and professional. Any questions I had they answered. I highly recommend Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating. Thanks guys!

I have nothing but great things to say about Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating Corp. Mike did a great job servicing and repairing my Navien hot water system. He figured out what the core issue was with one of my systems, provided an estimate, scheduled and completed the work all within a timely manner. Mike and his work crew were notably respectful of the space they were working in, wearing booties when they came into the apartment and leaving it clean after finishing the job. Mike was prompt, efficient, and just extremely professional overall. Highly recommend!

Michael was very professional and pleasant during the initial assessment. He seemed highly knowledgeable and explained in great detail what is required to get our gas turned back on. He also appears to fully understand what’s needed to help fix the gas leak from our pipes. I have high hopes he will successfully complete the job based on his knowledge and calm, confident demeanor. Everyone from the company has been great with communication and responds quickly, which has made the process feel much smoother so far. I’m looking forward to seeing the final results once the remaining services are completed.

Mike and team did a great job on repairing a broken shower faucet handle which had worn out on the inside of the wall. Filled out the form, and was sent a tech within 2 hours. Fast, quick service.

After I had a small but nasty drain clog that was completely unrelated to the boiler job and they are extremely helpful on assisting us - their subs came in multiple times during the day until the job was done!

Michael was very helpful in helping me to arrange for my elderly mother to correct her water meter violation. Pricing also seemed fair. He was knowledgeable, efficient and even fit us in the same week. It was much appreciated. Both Mike and John were kind, communicative and professional to my mother when they arrived and got the job done. We will be calling them again for future needs.
