Above and Beyond is an incredible plumbing service. Michael arrived promptly and he proceeded about his business. My old water heater broke. He came the very next day. He set about his job and finished in an exemplary timely manner. He was pleasant and diligent He took the old heater as well as the box and any other debris and left the house in a wonderful condition. There is not enough praise that I can heap upon Above and Beyond. I shall refer this business to all my friends and family, resting assured that they will be equally impressed with Michael, as I am. Mike came to service my tankless Rheem water heater. He was amazing. Very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, very honest, very clean and a really nice guy. Makes you feel like you're family. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone. My only very small complaint, which might actually be my own fault was that it took two appointments for him to show up. But i did tell him it was not urgent and I understood he does emergency work so he might have to cancel last minute. Maybe that's also the nature of plumbing work? Either way i was very happy when he turned up and felt it was worth the wait.

I had a problem with my boiler. It was not putting out enough heat. As a result, several rooms in our house were not receiving heat. Michael troubleshoots the system and found the problem. We were struggling with an ancient boiler in our first heating season in a new house. We thought we needed to replace our boiler but Mike came to the rescue and helped us repair the existing system quickly. He was laser focused on safety and functionality. As per the name of the company Above and Beyond Plumbing does not disappoint. They were very accommodating, courteous, and were there the following morning and got the boiler operational. From the woman on the phone who helped with scheduling to the owner of the company, Michael, who did the repairs himself I'm forever grateful to everyone at this company for their quick response and excellent work.

Mike is very knowledgeable in radiant heat. After having 3 different plumbers, (all who claimed to be specialist in radiant heat) none were able to fix my problem. I was fortunate to get Mikes number from another person who highly recommended him. He came the next day and fixed my problem. Years of not having my radiant heat not working in various rooms he was able to fix it. I would highly recommend him he. His work was precise and he responded quickly. Unheard of in that industry. He even followed up with me the next day to see how everything was going.

Mike was super helpful in sending a crew to my house in short notice. They guys followed all safety protocols which put me at ease during these difficult times. They were even pet friendly! This company absolutely lives up to it’s name - they truly went above and beyond. We had a gas leak in my mom’s house and needed all the gas pipes replaced. Mike was just wonderful, he and his crew quickly and efficiently replaced everything, and all right in the middle of the holiday season! Stellar work, very responsible, very reliable. Really nice and efficient office staff, too. Mike is an awesome guy - definitely call Above and Beyond if you need an excellent plumber!

Called Mike during off hours because of an emergency boiler maintenance. He came super early the next business day. He really knew what he was doing and methodically went and found the problem. It is rare to find a good plumber who will do their thing and explain things throughout the process. He was very professional. We really appreciate it and would recommend highly. Above and Beyond has done work for my house and a family member and I recommend them without reservation. Mike and John were nice people in general and best of all professional. They worked on a heating issue and installed new plumbing pipes after the 100 year old ones finally burst at every possible joint. It took a few days to get the work done considering they had to do 4 apartments kitchen and baths as well as the basement where all the water from above traveled. They were easy to communicate with but the only thing I'd say is I wish their payment system was different/better. We had a huge payment but was limited by Zelle, (preferred personal choice) so it wasn't the fault of ABP&H, and although there are other options, it was difficult to keep up with the remaining balances if you are busy or forget to track. Would call in the future for other work when needed. Thanks!

Kenny and Danny make a fabulous team! I was able to get a same day appointment...Wow!~ These plumbers replaced a portion of pipe that had a leak/slit corrosion of the pipe under my kitchen sink. They replaced the faucet ( which was about to start leaking and the handle interior was stripped and not working properly) to a MOEN. They worked in a timely fashion; tested and re-tested to make sure everything was secure and not leaking. They cleaned up and removed all the old parts. A few years ago Danny and Kenny snaked the bathtub drain when the two kittens I adopted amused themselves by dropping cat toys down the drain. (Yes, I had a drain cover but it didn't stop the little kitties from removing the drain cover!) I recommend Above and Beyond Plumbing
