Jose was more than happy to fix a leak in my apartment on a Sunday morning on short notice. Super-responsive, figured out the problem based on photos I texted, and was well-prepared. Price was fair and the work was thorough and of terrific quality.

Also left the space clean and was respectful of everything in the bathroom, helping me carefully remove anything in the way. Unclogged a stubborn clog for me in minutes. Amazing service! We had a kitchen sink emergency and José showed up within 30 min as he happened to be wrapping up a job nearby. He was able to fix it quickly and efficiently. We’re very happy with his service and will be contacting again for future issues.

Jose was amazing, would highly recommend! We had issues with our apartment unit's bathtub and toilet that the first plumbers who came couldn't fix. He arrived within 45 minutes and found that the entire building's sewage system needed to be serviced. The basement was flooded, but he didn't let that deter him from fixing the problem while remaining professional, positive, and communicative the entire time.

I called Jose late in the afternoon on Saturday because of a clogged sink drain that was backing up into my dishwasher and floor. He was able to get to my apartment later that and for the timeliness, receives a star in this review, however the work he performed isn't worth any stars. He spent over two hours, after which point claimed to have fixed the problem and left. Shortly after leaving I discovered that clog was not fixed (if anything it was worse) and that he damaged the piping under the sink to the point that multiple connections were now leaking. I spent the entire night collecting leaking water until I could call another plumber the next day to actually clear the clog and repair the damaged piping. I had to pay a 2nd plumber more than double the $300 that Jose charged me to correct the issues he caused. I do not recommend Jose (24/7 Piping and Drain Services) for even the most minor plumbing issues.

I texted Jose last night about some draining issues with my kitchen sink and bathtub, he came by this morning and did an amazing job. It was a super quick turnaround, he snaked the bathtub and replaced some corroded pipes under the sink drain. Very reasonable, communicative, and helpful! Everything is working great now.

He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire his services again.
