Not the first time we have reviewed Philco's services. This time we had an issue with our gas boiler. Reach out to Al who was very responsive. Harry came within a day, diagnosed the problem and installed a new 'pressuretrol'. Tested it thoroughly and provided excellent advice. They are really nice people also. Can't so enough good things about them. Highly recommend

Quick service. Kind people. Communication was great. Julio and Kevin came out on a Friday evening within an hour of calling the office to request service. Fortunately for me, they had the part needed to repair my leaky toilet in their truck. Took about 10 minutes and the problem was solved.
I’ve used Philco before for a plumbing emergency that other plumbers couldn’t handle. Phil did an excellent job at a fair price so that’s why I used them again. I’ve had my share of bad experiences with other companies. It’s hard to find honest, skilled, trustworthy, licensed and insured plumbing professionals so when you find one, keep them! Thanks Philco! I’ll continue using your company for plumbing needs and recommending your company to others.

We had a last minute boiler issue, Alec was very responsive and clear and sent Harry to fix the heat boiler. Harry was a professional and got the job done as a quick manner. Price was understandable for a last minute call and they did not try to up-charge and look for extra unnecessary work to fix up to charge for. Was honest and to the point of what was needed to be fixed. Recommend 100%.

Alec came same day and was able to quickly replace two large water heaters for us. The job was done professionally and they were careful to keep things clean. Highly recommend.

I’ve worked with Philco Plumbing multiple times now and can’t recommend them enough. They are great to communicate with - responsive, clear, and reliable. Always shows up on time, works efficiently, and gets the job done right the first time. It’s such a relief to have someone I can trust for plumbing work. Terribly disappointed “ with them” I actually thought they was going to do the job” just to give you a detail of my experience with them” they were my 2nd choice after the first plumbing Company I called never showed up’ at the time they said they was going to come after repeated calls ‘ than I called Philco it started off good with my conversation with the secretary and we nailed down a time”she said I would get an email confirmation’ which I did” so far so good” and they did come at the time they said they would come before 2-4:00 pm they wanted to charge me 1,300 dollars to change out an 2”by 18” inch cast iron pipe which I thought was a lil to high but I was willing to work with them” and ask if they look at another vertical pipe behind a standup shower in the basement’ and see if I can get a better deal by giving them another job” and they may give me a lil discount’ but I was willing to pay to fix the first broken leaking pipe” the mechanic on site ‘ said his boss would call me back??? Well guess what I’m still waiting”😣if you are not willing to do the job’ be professional and be straight up and direct about it”especially when you dealing with a client that has a broken leaking pipe that’s flooding his basement!

Great experience..Great customer service. Technician pin pointed the issues, explained it to us and had the boiler up and running in no time.

I have not used them yet. The job would be in a coop built in 1965. The job, in the kitchen, involves installing shut off valves and speed valves. They came to assess the situation, and now I have to get information from Management before the job can start. The workers who came were polite and seemed competent and professional. To be continued.

I highly recommend Philco plumbing. I called them with my water heater issue yesterday around 3pm and they were able to pickup and install the new water heater the next morning. The whole job took 3 hours.
Also, the office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the information to the plumbing company.

The plumber did a great job. He was punctial, courteous and professional. It was a new toilet. He took it out of the box, knew what to do and installed it in no time at all. Afterwards he flushed to make sure there were no leaks. I'm attaching a photo of how nice the toilet looks. It's my first time using Philco Plumbing and Heat...and would definitely call them back. Plumber Alec A answered all our questions in detail and was very patient with us seniors. The labor cost was reasonable. We give him 5 stars. Definitely will recommend Philco Plumbing and Heating to our neighbors and family members.

First time with this company and I like em!! Professional, efficient and speedy staff! Called for a quote, approved it and they fixed the problem! It was a 40+ year old shower 3 knob Price Pfister set-up! Had to break tile but they covered it up very nicely! They don’t do tile, but, I can and I’m happy with the results! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Alec and his team are incredibly responsive, thorough, courteous, professional, and reasonable. I would call them in a pinch or for any plumbing job. We had to have a valve changed for our washer/dryer install and it became a more complicated job. They saw it through and were communicative the whole time. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Left a message on a Saturday evening to ask for next day emergency service. They called back within minutes and set up a time for first thing the next morning. Technician Mike texted an update with his arrival time, diagnosed and solved the issue with the hot water heater, and suggested more routine maintenance to keep things running smoothly. Will definitely use this team moving forward.
