Phil came early morning to do toilet removal and installation. Took him about 45 minutes, very quick. He was friendly, professional and a good communicator. I would definitely request Phil for any one man job, he's great.

Overall a positive experience. Office staff made scheduling so easy. The work was performed by Sylvester. He was amazing. He did the job of two people in a professional manner. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.

Scott J. was very fast and thorough. Everything was corroded, but he was able to quickly replaced all of the pipes and connections.

So great! Very reliable. They emailed and texted to confirm the appointment. They shared the location of the plumber so I’d know when he’d arrived, which is amazing. We even had a little miscommunication in apartment numbers but the plumber was still really positive even after the inconvenience. Didn’t catch his name but he was friendly and amazing at his job! The service was quick and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!!

Plumber left massive whole in my cieling while claiming he had to keep his schedule! Which allowes the drain flies infestation caused by the leak in the apartment above mine to run rampent in my apartment for over 3 weeks. Still haven't been able to finish the work. I've killed over 30 drain flies at this point with no signs of stopping. He put 3 pieces of gorilla tape about 2 inches across to cover this massive hole. I keep putting tape but it can't support the weight. Extremely disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism done by Quix.

Exceptional service throughout my entire time working with them! Cannot recommend enough!

Just like other reviews it’s for the rich people, change a 2 feet long pipe cost almost $800, and still charge the labor if they have to leave for couple hours. And make sure the work is done by one person, otherwise they going to put two persons job on your bill.

Doni was great--fast, reliable service and, even more impressive, when there was a miscommunication about the fee, they immediately fixed it on their end.

They arrived ahead of schedule, which was better than on-time. The plumber, Doni, did a great job assessing the condition of the hot water heater and boiler, and explained all repairs that would be needed to get them back up & running.

Sylvester S. Took care of all the clogs in the bath tubs, sink , & toilets. He was very efficient, very respectful, & has addressed & taken care of all the problems quite well. I recommend him highly. We are Apt.3V, 34 N7.

It is a breath of fresh air to have a service provider to be on time ,transparent ,honest, and trustworthy. I called for for a water heater the technician Liridon Arriku fixed in one hour . I called the company on Sunday afternoon. Received a call first thing on Monday morning and scheduled service on the same day. I truly believe I have not seen as honest and ethical company,
