Went here to buy a toilet that didn't end up fitting due to the spout configuration. The owner was very kind and helped me get the correct toilet the same day I had the plumber come. He said that the new toilet would arrive between 11-12pm and I received a call from the owner at 12:01pm saying the toilet was delivered. The owner then gave me a gasket kit for free even though I was happy to pay for it. Amazing customer service and this store is clearly a staple of the neighborhood. Every individual inside the store had nothing but praise for the owner and customer service. In times like these, we need to support small businesses especially ones with great products and service. They got me as a customer for life.

Anthony was fast and responsive to my urgent request when my toilet flooded the bathroom and leaked to the first floor. He snaked the toilet, repaired the janky handle and old rubber flap that was causing us issues for weeks.

Very honest about what he sees and what needs to get done. Definitely does not push repairs on you! He walked me through what he was going to do and because of that I asked about several other things that needed some attention in our apartment. Highly recommend!
