Great store for all your plumbing needs, very knowledgeable and helpful guys, I shop by them for more than 10 years by now.

Worst experience ever! They cam to install a new toilet and left the old toilet in the lobby and drove off

They have varieties of plumbing materials in a very good price. The staff is amazing and they speak English, Spanish and Russian.

This place has everything you need for plumbing and the guys who with here are very helpful. When I put my toilet seat in they not only had all the parts I needed but have me some very guyys advice.

They are extremely rude and while you are having a conversation and ask them something they ignore you and start having a conversation with one of the workers and then a minute later get back to you with a response. No one in that store can give any kind of customer service. You come there for help and they talk down to you as if you're so dumb for not understanding plumbing. I honestly would not recommend unless you feel like being schooled by someone then sure by all means go head come there.

That place didn’t help me with simple broken thing, recently. Sales person was rude, no hello, no advices, no supply for my facets.

Our heating system died suddenly shortly after Hurricane Helene. David & Gary sourced all the various parts needed, answered questions and got it all shipped within a few days. Highest marks.

Had a wonderful experience working with this company. I ordered online for an in-store pick up. An hour+ drive for me. A gentleman named David was truly instrumental to the experience. Incredibly helpful throughout and made sure it was a seamless pickup. A true professional and pleasure to work with. I'm going to be utilizing this company for all of my hvac needs going forward

Great store & atmosphere

I really liked this place! The staff, especially Alexis and the owner, were very professional and friendly. They listened, helped, and gave useful advice. The place was clean, tidy, and pleasantly cool with the air conditioning working. Everything was great, and I will definitely come back again!!!

If you enjoy wasting time, hunting for ATMs, and being forced to overpay this is your place.

Seeing this in the United States is embarrassing.

Would like to share my experience with Neptune Plumbing & Heating, the place is a 1 stop shop Egor and Alex are very helpful and the store carries literally everything. Definitely recommended to all plumbers and HVAC guys to stop by whenever they get stuck with any supplies needed near Coney Island and Brighton area.
