Very rude person answered the phone. I needed something done, and the guy said "If you did not buy from me i will not do it."

The guys there are very rude on the phone and very disrespectful, very poor customer service and I am a Receptionist and work for a big company and you should never talk to someone that is trying to help you like that. This company should be shutdown.

The guys that work here are hilarious and amazing. They really know everything about plumbing. I had a horrible problem with a need for a 7/8 inch male cap and they came up with an amazing unorthodox solution!

I went in here out of the blue as I needed a specific part for a tenant on a new building I have. The part was for a vanity and I for sure didn't think I would get it and wanted to try. After looking around they actually had it!! A real time-saver.
