Very rude unless you buy from them on a regular basis. Anyway there are cheaper supply house as plumbers, which is a lot friendlier. This is the reason why I gave my 500k of plumbing supply to someone else.

Great company and people. A neighborhood resource. They help you and never talk down to you. They know their business and share knowledge without talking down to you. Highly recommended.

Recently moved to Brooklyn, found these guys on an online search. They gave me a bid, started the work then within hours were already trying to renegotiate with me. Not cool when already half way through the job. Not at all an experience that I would wish on anybody with plumbing issues!
