I CALLED THEM FOR A.O.SMITH RETURN AND PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS SUPER RUDE, TELL ME GO OTHER PLACE FOR THIS. THEY SOLD ME THE UNIT , TELL ME RETUNE TO NO WHERE, ALSO FORCE ME TO LISTEN TO HIM WITH NO INFORMATION BUT CALL BACK TO AO SMITH. THE RETURN TICKET WAS ISSUE BY OA SMITH BEFORE. AF SUPPLY DONT EVEN LOOK INTO MY CASE ASK ME GO OTHER PLACE. i CALLED BACK OA SMITH, I WAS TOLD THEIR SYSTEM INDICATED MY UNIT STOCKS IN AF SUPPLY. JUST REFUSE TO WORK ON RETURN SO EVER

This is by far the worst supply house in all of NYC! No customer service at all you can go in this place and be the only one and 8 guys will not even ask what do you need...stood there 40 minutes before Roy at the counter asked what did I need with all attitude. Heating and burner of 4th Ave plumbing if you need parts ASAP.

I called them to ask a simple and the person on the phone was SUPER RUDE. If you’re in the customer service business maybe don’t answer the phone when you’re having a bad day and start cursing at me. I hope you see this review and fire the “Richard” who I spoke to.

They have what you need and if you know what you want and need, it's all the better and faster. There's usually a wait but that probably confirms that they're the most used by professional plumbing contractors.

Good prices, im a contractor and get a lot of supplies here. They have tons of fittings and parts, and carry boilers ect... in stock. Call before you go, sometimes the wait is very long.

They have terrible customer service and they’re terrible slow if your in a hurry I would recommend going elsewhere. They also have a ridiculous 20% handling fee for items you return so there’s little room for mistakes with these guys.

At the Bed-Stuy location on Lafayette Ave, they know their stuff! Not exactly customer service oriented, but you can get legit plumbing supplies here that earn you only a blank stare at Home Depot. They had exactly the radiator valve I needed in stock and located it quickly.

Best Plumbing place. BEST PRICES But due to Covid shipments are on 2 - 3 month back order. But then who doesn't have backorders. They deliver if need be.

I have have been going to AF Supply for over 30 years, they are a wholesale supplier to the plumbing industry geared to dealing moreover with professionals not home owners, they usually have the best prices and have almost every thing in plumbing that you may need or want they are a supplier to smaller suppliers as well as big plumbing businesses. Sorry to say that they are not geared for the small home owners like your typical hardware store if you are not in the trade you will not like dealing with AF supply for those individuals I recommend the hardware store.

Drove to the Brooklyn location expecting to be able to order $1800 worth of Baldwin Hardware as Baldwin’s website showed this location as a distributor. The man refused to help me in any way saying that he couldn’t order anything for me or assist me.
I’ll never be back, nor will I recommend them. Save yourself the frustration, go somewhere else.

Af has great prices. Af needs a customer service company to come in and do lots of cleanup work. You have to wait too long for your products. No structure leads to poor efficiency. Remember online ordering is big. Supply house and others. Some customers may opt out of returning. Small lost revenue at the end of the years add up

Do not buy from this distributor!! I spent close to $600 on a radiator that lasted one year. Radiator like this should last 30 years..easy.. All they said was sorry. Sorry??? How about prorating a new one.. How about wanting to find out why your radiator failed in just one year. Sorry doesn't help me one bit. I'm sorry I gave them my business.

Staff is very rude and cursed me out over the phone. Then, after following THEIR guideline, cursed my uncle out in person. At the same time, another staff member was cursing out another customer. They are a supply company that doesn't want to supply anything. Don't waste your time. Find a different supply company to give your business to. This place should not be considered a business. At the very least, re-evaluate the staff.

They have the boiler parts and plumbing supplies you need at an excellent price and a very courteous staff. A mistake was made with my order which was delivered free and promptly, called and spoke with Warren who then hand delivered the parts to my home in Astoria NY, the very next day! Thank you Warren! I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and boiler parts needs!!

They charge 35 dollars plus tax for a warranty replacement part( the part size is very small), which i picked up at their location. Their justification was “it’s to cover our storage and shipping cost”. Also rude customer service, save yourself the trouble and shop else where.

Had to do a return on my A.O Smith water heater, and was done quick by Nacim who was a professional over the phone and helped me out to get a replacement asap. Now my issue was that Nacim was vague on the process of the return, he just emailed me a Brooklyn address. That’s it! So I had my guy take the old water heater over there and when my guy go there they said all they needed was the sticker! Also, they charged me $220.00 fee? I have no idea for what? I mean they had the replacement so I needed it right away.

Drove over and walked into this spot after calling and being told they wouldn't answer questions over the phone, to find the counter roped off with a stanchion and one guy sitting behind it who quite literally wouldn't look at me or say a word. When I finally forced the situation by saying "hello?" He just mumbles, "20 minutes." I say "what?" And he says "be with you in 20 minutes." Nothing going on. Nobody else in the store. No one doing anything. I walked out and made my purchase at the Chinese place instead. While I sat out front writing this review. I watched three contractors drive up, walk in, walk back to their trucks and leave, clearly having gotten the same treatment and decided not to give these guys their business.
