very unfriendly;nooooooo I don't have a chip in my shoulder;I'm a chaplain,praise"GOD"visited store last Friday or thursday;workers didn't even want to look my way;one sitting down,one finishing lunch,the other chewing;the one chewing had no interest in helping me;he didn't even know the difference between a 3/8 and a 1/2 inch copper tubing.he wasn't even willing to talk;finnaly owner or manager stepped in and said happy new year's;it's like they hated the world;they need"JESUS"big time.AMEN.

Very Rude and hostile over the phone, just to get clarification and information about purchasing and pricing. Unprofessional.

The staff behind the desk handed me a valve that I would be able to use in my boiler to control the hot water temperature, as he was charging my credit card, I checked the data papers enclosed with the valve where it stated clearly that it would not operate properly with my steam boiler. He gave me a refund, I am not sure he belongs behind the desk .

These guys have been here for the longest time and have always taken care of their customers to the best of their ability.

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They actually hung up on me when we were discussing payment terms. I offered to send a wire and they insisted on a check. When trying to explain the benefits of a wire or ACH, they hung up.

Always extremely helpful and considerate. Pricing is more than fair. Parking can prove interesting at times, but that is not at all their fault.

Plumbing Divas if there is such a thing. Big attitude to pull orders and incredibly snobby. I don't know if these guys hate their job or what, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere than have to tolerate some snot nose kids at a plumbing store act like they're bigger than the customer.

Terrible customer service (all service over phone, can’t speak to in store). Lax attitude that leads to incorrect information being relayed resulting in bad business. Avoid.
