I wish I could give a million stars because they deserve it! I had a major issue with our ejector pit and it was overflowing on a Friday night at 11:00pm! I called all these supposed 24 hr plumbers either no one answered or they were asleep, but CPH answered right away and had someone there in 30 min! Carlos was amazing! So respectful and competent. He had my problem fixed quickly and saved the day! It is so hard to find good plumbers in Brooklyn, I will only use CPH from now on. Thank you so much!

If I could give 500 stars I would! I called several plumbers to help with what I thought was trapped air. Top floors not getting heat to radiators. Carlos promised he’d make the trip to check out the situation after a long day of finishing up with other customers. Carlos diagnosed that not enough pressure was on the boiler, had the parts and fixed the situation in under 1 hour. Can’t thank you enough Carlos!

Carlos arrived in a double mask and answered my questions beforehand about when he’d had his last Covid test and if he was negative - he was. Then he came and fixed our hot water, which was broken in an unconventional way thanks to a bad initial installment. He tinkered with it, figured out the problem, cleaned up a previous lazy plumber’s mess and now we can take hot showers and baths again! was so happy I gave him a freshly baked honey corn muffin. Hire Carlos, he provides diligent, resourceful and affordable same day service. I’ll definitely be calling him again, I’m thrilled.

Carlos was terrific! A hot-water pipe burst in the basement from the cold weather, and Carlos was at the house within an hour or so of taking our call; he had the pipe fixed in no time. Since we were out of town, moreover, he sent us photos and videos of the damage that he found and the repairs he made. We really appreciated his quick response and his professionalism.

Carlos replaced our water heater about 6 years ago, he did great job. Last week, we have him replaced our 30 years old gas heater, excellent job, reasonable price. Definitely will recommend him to anyone who need plumbing work.

Carlos was AMAZING!! He came out on a cold winter snowstorm night to fix my boiler!! He was professional, courteous, and stayed to confirm that everything was working properly. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them another time.

Absolutely amazing service. I was getting no hot water in my apartment ever since I moved in, and after many calls and e-mails with my awful landlord, nothing was getting fixed. I finally decided to call a plumber myself and found Carlos online. It took me weeks dealing with my landlord to get nowhere, but Carlos came over within an hour of me calling him, and he fixed the hot water in—no joke—5 minutes. I cannot recommend him enough. He’s a lifesaver.

Our water heater flooded over thanksgiving weekend. Carlos not only came out on thanksgiving morning to check everything and make sure it wasn’t an emergency but then came back the following day with a brand new water heater and installed it quickly and efficiently. Can not recommend him enough!!

Carlos was amazing! He helped us get back heat over a video call on Christmas Eve! Way above and beyond. Would recommend him highly!

After having gone through so many plumbers and getting the run around; Carlos and Jeremiah came thru and did an amazing job. Boiler is up and running, and they were even kind enough to configure my thermostat as well. Would definitely recommend their services if you’re looking for quality work!

Carlos was very helpful in troubleshooting my issue. He offered to take a look via chat/video in between jobs even though it was late/after hours. Very courteous and professional.

Fixed my baseboard heating. Couldn't be happier! Carlos is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the heating system works and the issue. He attempted to resolve the issue for the cost of a standard service call but it required some work and abit more money which he outlined first. Pricing is inline with others charge but hes courteous, nice, honest and communicative.

Carlos came out to do some much needed maintenance on our old single pipe steam boiler that we inherited in our new home. Carlos was punctual, easy to talk to and most importantly informed and comfortable with explaining his process. Steam systems fascinate me and since moving in last year I've taken interest in learning as much as I can about how this system should operate from reading Dan Holohan's books. Having Carlos to field my questions with his trade expertise on the subject was incredibly helpful to finally fill in the blanks on burning questions I had.
If you're not as clearly fun at parties like myself, the one of the best qualities I can share about Carlos was that while he was cleaning my system and discussing some modern updates the system could include, like an automatic water filler or second cut off switch, given the age of my system (36 years) he wasn't trying to sell me on additional work and in fact advised me not to make these upgrades until this one bit the dust.
Can't recommend Carlos enough, the man knows his stuff.

Carlos was fantastic and amazingly responsive over the New Year weekend when our central heating died right before a major cold spell. He could not have provided better service and the price was reasonable without the “up marketing” from other emergency plumbers I’ve used who always find “optional” but really “critical” things to fix that add hugely to the bill. In one case a firm wanted more than $16,000 to make repairs that another plumber charged me $1,500 for!! Carlos was professional, efficient and best of all HONEST!!

Carlos was very professional and beautifully installed my requests for air plumbing and water plumbing the way that I had envisioned. He and his team were very timely to my facility and we did not lose production time whatsoever. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend CPS services.

He came the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, went to collect a part and worked into the evening to fix the problem. He also worked to educate me on the issue so I could understand what had gone wrong.

My boiler wasn't working. I called CPH at 10:07pm and spoke with Carlos. He was on the road on his way back from his Christmas vacation. He said he wouldn't be able to come but was calling to see if someone else was available. About half hour later he called and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. Carlos came right in and went to work. He got my boiler working and his price was reasonable. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything he was doing. I am impressed with the service I received from CHP. I will definitely be calling him again for my plumbing/heating needs. He is highly recommended.

Carlos solved what I thought was an unsolvable problem in our home: loud clanging pipes from the steam boiler system. We have had the boiler serviced/cleaned almost every fall/winter since the issues presented itself. We had many different thoughts and opinions on why they were clanging but no plumber/company was able to resolve the issue for us. I thought I’d be sleeping with ear plugs for another season but THANK GOODNESS we had Carlos and his team come by. He made no promises or assurances but after he was done, so was the unbearable banging sound from our kitchen pipes. I actually thought my husband had turned off the heat because I didn’t hear the familiar clanging but nope, rads were red hot and the system is working like a dream. I cannot recommend Carlos and his team enough - professional, thorough, and so knowledgeable. We have him coming back to work on an unrelated plumbing issue. He has our trust and client loyalty going forward. We were so impressed and I know you’ll be too.

Carlos was straightforward and reasonably priced. He also came out on time which we know with contractors and tradesman is a lot of the times not the case. But more importantly he was thorough and customer service oriented which is what is more important to me than anything. He took the time out not only to explain how things work but just when he thought he was done he still wanted to check a few things out to make sure he explored every possibility. It’s hard to find hard workers in the world today who actually care and carlos gave those vibes. I don’t write reviews often. Only when they are deserved.
