These guys are the most genuine, responsive and helpful plumbers I have ever used.
My family has owned a brownstone since the 70’s, we always have issues here and there, it’s really hard to find someone you trust, is reliable and who will do the right thing.
It’s been a little over a year since we found Big Apple plumbing, and it’s been a relief!

Had a Major leak in my building and called and spoke to Arian from Big apple plumbing. The service was excellent and the job was done the right way and i haven't had any problems since. highly recommend Big Apple plumbing for ALL emergency plumbing services. They definitely have a new customer in me and i will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience with Big Apple. They replaced a radiator in my bedroom which involved careful measurement around the built ins, the installation itself, and the selection of the correct valve for the unit. Their care for my apartment and concern for my satisfaction from the first phone call to the completion of the job was extraordinary. This company is a jewel in NYC.

Amazing experience. These guys are out of the box thinkers and deliver exceptional results. This picture is just 1 example of that. They installed my tub which was huge, and could barely fit, so they removed two studs from the walls, got it in place, then put the studs back. A+++ top notch plumbing services.

My experience with Arian and Big Apple Plumbing Corporation was great! They came recommended from a super at my previous apartment, and they were total professionals. Mike is great. Showed up last minute on a Friday afternoon, and did an excellent job on our sink repair.

Mike is simply the best. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, punctual, honest. I wouldn’t go to anyone else even if I have to wait for his availability. He is very busy but it’s not surprising that he has loyal customers.

Michael has fixed several plumbing issues in our apartment now and has done a great job every time. Every jobs has been performed quickly at a fair rate with a clear explanation of what needs to be fixed. As long as we are in Brooklyn, we will call Michael for our plumbing issues!

Our building lost hot water on the weekend. He came on a Saturday when no one else would take my call. He was communicative from the start and went the extra mile while on-site. He got the hot water heater working again also discovered and stayed late to fix another issue. I greatly appreciate his help and would call him again in future.

We used Mike to secure a water pipe and to run water to the front yard of our house. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many options. He was on time, worked quickly and overall was very clean. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

He's a humble guy and an honest plumber. He did a much needed clean out and service of my boiler. I had a bathroom faucet that had completely seized up. Mike responded very quickly to my message and was able to fit me in the next day. He was right on time, professional, took all safety precautions and was able to fix the faucet saving me having to replace the whole thing. He will be the first one I call the next time I need a plumber!

He contacted me within minutes of my online inquiry and scheduled a free consultation within a few hours. He made the repairs immediately following the consultation for a fair and reasonable fee. Mr. Donahue is a master plumber and I have used his company for almost two decades and will continue to use them exclusively. Excellent service and quality repairs.
