Jerry was very responsive and knowledgeable in our communication before the job. He responded to all of my questions in a timely fashion, gave fair pricing and quote, and directed me to where I could obtain all documentation required by my building (WC and COI). During the job, Jerry and Chris brought all needed equipment, communicated efficiently and effectively with my building management, checked in with me about important decisions, and removed debris and trash. When the job was done, they stayed around and asked me to check everything and answer follow-up questions. It’s not easy to find great people who do great work, and they definitely are those rare folks.

Job: changed kitchen and bathroom faucet, updated bathroom sink plumbing, cleared tub drain, installed tub spout.

Fixed my problem in less than 30 mins! Jerry was wonderful.

CID were the first to respond when I had a plumbing issue at work and needed to get it taken care of ASAP. Jerry came out as soon as he could to take a look at our pipes and realized they were an unusual size he didn't have the right caps for.

He immediately began searching stores nearby to find the right caps, but they weren't in stock anywhere but one plumbing supply store on Staten Island (we're in Brooklyn). Luckily, CID had a job on SI the next day, so they were able to pick those up before coming back for our rescheduled repair. Once here, they were in and out in a matter of minutes - not because they rushed, but because they know what they're doing and they're efficient at doing it.

Before heading out, Jerry checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work, we arranged for the payment, and they were on their way to their next lucky customer.

I rent, so I hope to never have to call my own plumber, but I know that in any situation that calls for one, CID will be my go-to.

Tom and David came to install a new kitchen faucet at my place. The valve broke, and water was leaking and they absolutely handled it like pros and quickly solved the leak by turning off the water in my building and installing 2 new valves on the fly. I'm truly grateful for their kindness and patience during this stressful time.
CID also fixed an emergency boiler problem in my building.

Wasted so much time calling other companies before coming across CID - had no hot water for almost a week and didn’t know if it I was gonna have to replace my water heater or if there was just something wrong with it. When I called CID they got me on the schedule within 24 hours. They had me send pictures of the water heater so they were ready for whatever needed to be done when they got there. Highly recommend!!

Chris, Jerry and their team are great. They coordinated directly with my tenants, saw each job all the way thru to the end and were very clean. Quick to respond too! I’d recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Jerry and CID were a breath of fresh air after I was unable to get responses from not one but two plumbers that came recommended. He was responsive, efficient and asked good questions. My hat's off as he's obviously out there working hard- his estimate was sent over after 9pm. On the day of the job, his brother Chris came over to get things going and the guys did the tasks as promised (installed shutoff valves, installed kitchen faucet, hooked up a dishwasher). Everything looks and works great! In my case, we knew we would have to shut the building water off, and everything went to plan i.e. they gave an estimate on how long the water would need to be off, and they met that estimate. They definitely have a "we'll take care of you" vibe. And CID is certainly living up to its all 5 star reviews- as they get one from me. Gotta love the hustle of a small business owner.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with home repairs. Extremely clear communication, and a clear and fair price to unclog a roof drain on 4th floor roof. I talked to other plumbers who needed to come inspect the job and gave me unclear pricing and no guarantee of success. Got solutions including building another drain at huge cost, etc.

CID quoted me a flat price over the phone to unclog it, and were very confident in being able to do it.

Ended up needing to open up walls and pipe to fix it. They did an amazing job, very clean and professional. Cleaned the work area well afterwards, ended up being a very messy job. They went to store to get parts as needed, and came back the next day when neighbors complained about noise.

I found CID through Google Maps and chose to hire them based on the multiple 5-star reviews they have. Jerry was super responsive, communicative, trustworthy and got all of my plumbing issues solved. He had a broken toilet fixed with my tank components literally within an hour of me calling him for help. He also had my broken kitchen faucet replaced within the day. Great guys. C.I.D. was great!!! We’ve been struggling with some water pressure issues with our kitchen faucet due to how it was installed, and they fixed it super quickly and efficiently.

CID plumbing went above and beyond. I tried calling several plumbing companies before them and even had two plumbers schedule to come fix my water heater who just didn’t show up.

When I called CID, they had someone out a few hours later and were able to fix my water heater the same day. Chris was awesome!

Jerry was super responsive, extremely professional, provided reasonable upfront prices and performed all requested services perfectly. He was so good we recommended him to our neighbor who hired him as well. It’s hard to find a good plumber in the city, but don’t hesitate here.

We hired CID Plumbing to install two hot water heaters, shut off valves and a sump pump with a water powered jet pump. Their installation was flawless with great respect for my home. Jerry was great to work with. I had a toilet leak coming from the tank. I sent him a few pictures and a video and he was able to tell quickly what the issue was and provided some options with estimates. We ended up going with replacing the toilet because it was already very old. He came the very next day with the new toilet, removed the old one and installed the new toilet within 1.5 hours. Terrific job, very professional and left everything spotless. I highly recommend them if you need a plumber.
