Absolutely professional and efficient experience with CID. Chris fixed our leak under our kitchen sink and left it better than before he arrived.

Consider it Done Plumbing is amazing with skilled, effective, top-notch professionals. Clear communication, compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable in a field so often foreign to many of us. They fixed my NYC family bathroom, shower, and drainage with total confidence, efficacy and positive energy. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing, water heater or draining issues. I certainly will come back to them should any future issues arise. They're the best.

So happy with the service provided by Consider It Done. We have a small cafe and had a pipe emergency this morning that stopped business. I called Consider It Done and they had someone here in under half an hour. Chris was on top of it immediately, super kind and clear about our options. He didn't try to talk us into spending the maximum amount of money. I did not feel hustled at all. I felt taken care of, and now I know what our options are for these pipes in the future. Within an hour of the emergency, everything was resolved and we can continue doing business. It feels like a miracle. This was my first time calling CID and they are now saved in my phone and will be our plumber going forward. Highly recommend! Oh, and the cost was totally reasonable!

CID were responsive, transparent, and did good work. They clearly laid out my options and the associated costs. While all plumbing kind of feels expensive, the costs seemed relatively reasonable for a fully insured plumbing company (which I needed per my building requirements) and was in the middle range of the estimates I received. Also the guys that did the work were super nice and friendly. I’d use them again in the future.

This review is long overdue but wow, I’m so happy I came across this plumbing company. First- Mackenzie, who helped me over the phone, is an angel! So friendly, so informative, so empathetic, esp compared to the other plumbing companies I called. She actually sold me on using the company.
Then Ignacio- oh my goodness, what we went through. He helped me replace the wax seal on the toilet that had previously been damaged from our contractor. Because of that damage, we had an opening into the pipe, and because of that we had been having “water bug” issues for months that we couldn’t figure out. It had been an absolute nightmare and we couldn’t figure out the source. Even two exterminators couldn’t nail it down. Then we started to smell sewage and from tons of research I figured out it could be the wax ring. So I started my search for a plumber. I won’t go into details but when Ignacio came and lifted up the toilet, it was like a portal to roach hell opened up. Apparently the disgusting water leaking out had created a nice environment for them to nest in. I cannot tell you the amount of screaming, cursing, and crying that happened as I was with him. Ignacio kept his cool thankfully, even though I’m sure he was thoroughly hating life at that moment too! We cleaned things up together, he sealed things off, and the problem has been solved!!
I think I took so long to write this review bc I didn’t want to even think about what I saw that day haha. I literally told Ignacio that I loved him, THAT is how thankful I was for his help that day! And I’m STILL thankful bc the problem is gone (and that day was insane. We both wished we had a camera on us that day. It would have went viral)

I had an issue where the pipe under my kitchen sink was too low. I have a slide drawer, not cabinet doors so stuff under the sink kept bumping into the pipes which eventually ended up knocking it off, causing a leak. They replaced the pipes and raised the problem pipe so now everything fits and the drawer shuts seamlessly!

I’ve had Michael work on several of my buildings. The scope of the work has ranged from large boilers, sewer site lines, lift stations and gas leaks.

I have been satisfied every time I’ve used Austin Plumbing and Heating. They have always completed work on time and within budget. The work they have done has always been up to code and passed inspection. I highly recommend them!

Mechanic and helper were great. Little bit of an upset at the end as I wasn’t advised of the all in cost with taxes.

I was over charged for my plumbing problems. Given one price for the estimate and charged 9x that price for the job. I also just found out that I've been paying for sprinkler flow test for years that I never needed being in a two-family house that is exempt. Stay away.

Great people. They aren't 24 hours but they return calls and request promptly. Had my drains cleared and it was done flawlessly. The workers were very professional and courteous.
