We had a blocked sewer pipe that the previous owners of our house were trying to get unblocked for years and had our own plumber try to unblock the pipe unsuccessfully. AC Drain cleaners were able to get it unblocked. They are professional and I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Paul- he is very reliable! He fixed the sewer clog in my basement. I called in the evening time and he was very timely and came here in 15 minutes within calling. That’s a huge plus especially if you have emergencies!

A.C. Drain Cleaners saved us from freezing at Christmas time. When the water heater stopped working on Christmas Day, they actually responded to my call and came to check out the problem. The next morning, they were already picking up the replacement water heater from Lowes and back at my house installing it. A.C. Drain Cleaners provides the most effective and charming customer service ever. Paul is a polite employee who explains what he is doing and gets it done fast! This was the 3rd time I called for help in 3 years and, as usual, the level and variety of plumbing skills went above and beyond.

Paul ACUSED Me of giving him FAKE $100 Bills on Work that was done to my Bathroom. I told him they were NOT & Personally Took him to the Chase Bank
near me & requested to the Teller whether they were REAL OR NOT- the teller Scanned the Bills & Stated they were REAL. Based on this incident I will NO LONGER BE USING HIS SERVICES IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!

Had A problem with main sewer Paul from AC Was by far the best sewer cleaner I have ever used. He was On time, Did a great job, was very fairly priced. There is No need to call anyone else. 5 Star service all the way!!!

We have been using AC Drain for past 4 years on multiple projects. Paul is absolutely a professional. We had an issue with repeated flooding in the basement after strong rains. Had various plumbers try to diagnosis and solve the issue. Paul was able to identify the issue and build a sub-pump that resolved the issue. Since then there has been no flooding, including last year when NYC had the flash flood. I was the only house on the block without flooding. Highly recommended!

Paul is the best plumber you will find in Brooklyn in my experience. He shows up when he is supposed to ( something thats increasingly rare with contractors ) communicates with you and works quickly and efficiently. Prices are very reasonable. Highly reccomended

I had a very disgusting back up in the basement. Paul showed up in less than 30 minutes and after asking a few basic questions he was able to diagnose the issue and resolve the problem.

I rarely leave reviews for service providers as I feel many times ratings are induced by fictitious experiences. I can tell you that this review is 100% legit based on real work performed by Paulie. Last night, my tenant called me (2/7/22) indicating that his toilet was clogged, the bathtub was backed up w black sludge and w the kitchen sink would not drain properly. My tenant, A (A PLUMBER APPRENTICE) spent hours attempting to identify the root issue and unclog the tub, toilet and sink. I called AC Drain cleaners and Paulie to the rescue! These guys are the ONLY guys I trust in my own home and investment properties. As usual, these guys were on time, and immediately identified the issue. Within 15 minutes everything was working properly. Not only was the issue fixed correctly, but I had to tell Paulie to stop cleaning the tenants floor and tub. Thats the level of attention these guys give. If you want plumbing work done right, and want it at a fair price, you want an honest plumbing company to not take advantage of you? Call these guys, I cant tell you how much I appreciate good service when I get it.

I just moved into a brand new 2 bedroom second floor apartment last week. My son seemed to clog the bathroom sink. It’s not too bad, but it needs to be fixed. I’m getting inspected for my custody battle so everything has to be perfect. I was hoping since you’re one of the bests you could take a Quick Look. It’s really important for my case. Paul is amazing! Very professional. He’s helped me out a few times now. Always on time, cleans up after himself, does quality work, and is fairly priced. Feels hard to find an honest, quality professional now a days, but Paul manages to do it all. 10/10, would hire again

After a failed attempt to fix a clog by myself I needed to get in touch with a real plumber. Two neighborhood guys wouldn't even quote me over the phone. Paul was referred by a friend of the family. I was impressed by how honest he was about scheduling and pricing. He's transparent and down to earth. I kept his card for my parents. I would definitely refer him to other friends.

Paul came to our house on a Sunday night after a heavy rain caused flooding in our basement. He did what needed to be done to clean up, & told us we needed a new sump pump with a larger well. He guaranteed us that we would have no more water! He explained everything and went above and beyond what he needed to do!! I am thrilled to say we haven’t had even one drop of water since he did the job. Paul is hard-working & honest. Definitely 5 stars!! If I could give more stars, I would!!
