Paul came over the same day and helped with a drainage issue in the back area of my home. He was patient and professional throughout. Honest about what was needed and answered any questions I had. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business to anyone. 5 stars!

Excellent service! Paul was at my door within 30 minutes of my calling. Detected the problem and proposed a solution right away. Brought necessary equipment with him and fixed the issue with my plumbing. Once done, he went above and beyond to clean the area he worked on. Definitely 10/10 recommend!

Paul was amazing! My mother’s house had a bad leak in her bathroom. Paul came the same day I called him and was prompt. He found the origin of problem and he sent me pictures of the damaged pipes that needed repairing. Upon my approval, he repaired all the pipes, fixed the wall that he needed to open in order to access the pipes, and thoroughly cleaned up every day when he was done working.
My mom said he was very respectful and kind to her. He was very cautious because of the Covid pandemic and wore mask at all times. His prices were fantastic (as compared to what I paid many other plumbers in the past for similar work). I recommend Paul 1000% and we feel lucky that I found him.

Hi, I know Plumber Specialist Paul for years. He possesses exceptional plumbing expertise. His diagnosis of the plumbing problem is remarkable, not to mention his know-how to get the issues resolved in a timely fashion. His in-head knowledge and experience about plumbing is well-connected. Two days ago, the valve connected to dishwasher burst - a huge mess (307 gallons of water consumed in this horrible incident)!! We immediately turned off the “water main”. However, water still coming out of dishwasher without stopping for 2 days. Finally, when he came yesterday’s afternoon, he investigated and skillfully detected the root of the problem and have it fixed in no time. I gave 5-star rating (which I seldom do) truly because I give him lots of credit- a very honest and transparent professional who is intelligent, passionate and conscientious. Also, he shows up on-time, shares his experience and insights, and, most importantly, he charges a “reasonable” professional fees (water comes in 3 forms, but when it misbehaves it could create a formidable nightmare!!), and not to rip off people by taking advantage of the “crisis”. Yet his wisdom takes him to help people who are in need. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone who might need his services because of the water mishaps/emergency. 🥹🙏👍✌️👌

I had a great experience with this plumber and would highly recommend him. I had a clogged and corroded pipe in my basement kitchen causing water to back up. He came the same day, assessed the issue, and after attempting to clear the clog, explained the pipes needed to be replaced. He walked me through my options, gave honest recommendations, and replaced the old pipes with new PVC in about three hours.

He was kind, professional, and very clean, and he explained everything clearly throughout the process. He also accepted multiple forms of payment, which was convenient. I paid $2,500, and for the quality of work and responsiveness—especially in NYC—it felt fair and worth it. I’d definitely use him again. Thanks Ciro !
