I especially recommend Dylan, who is an expert on steam boilers—very patient, answers all your questions, and is a kind, friendly, and trustworthy guy. I feel completely confident with them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

Rob was absolutely great to work with!!! He was very kind and walked me through everything I needed to know about my furnace tune up. I highly recommend them. Cellino came out to clear our clogged sewer line under warranty from an earlier cleaning-out. The technician James spent 2 hours till everything was working again. He was especially professional, courteous and patient. Good company to use.

Ryan is a great professional.
And he handled a lot for us over a very full day of work:
-pulled out our older hot water tank
-connected and installed new tankless water heater
-connected and installed new water softener
-replaced our older sump pump

What an incredible experience with Tyree Hayes! It’s was one of the coldest winter days of the year! He snaked out the main sewer line outside towards the house as the line was blocked solid! So Tyree from Cellino was determined to get the job done even with his hands being frozen & Was true to his words & got it complete. Very Hard worker & would highly recommend him! 5Star All Day!

Prior to calling Cellino another local plumbing company came & wasted my time & money & said it would be impossible!

I’ve had several encounters with Cellino including a vent installation for a dryer and a consultation for ventilation in my shower and heating. If you’re lucky enough to get Chris Wagner sent your way, you can trust he’ll give you all of the relevant information as you’re considering what you need. He’s exceedingly knowledgeable and will walk you through exactly what’s going on, how it’s happening, and what you can do to fix it. You really get the sense that he cares for your wellbeing and isn’t just trying to sell you a quick fix.
So if you’re NOT lucky enough to get him sent your way, maybe ask for him instead!
He really is the best at what he does, hands down. Even recommended a good pizza spot to me. Thank you Chris!

Called for same day emergency repair. I appreciate the modern technology of the business. I received a text with the photo of my service technician so I knew who to expect at my door and that made me feel safe. They were able to take pictures on a tablet of the problem and repair and also of recommendations for other repairs they suggest. They had all parts needed for the repair right on the truck and didn't have to come and go to store or back to business once they diagnosed what was needed.

Josh from Cellino was professional, personable, and clear with the cause and solution. He capped the pipes for my lower and showed me how to thaw them because the low negative temps were causing hem to freeze.
Very grateful for the quick and efficient service!

Had a gas line installed by Jonathan. It wasn’t an easy fit with how my home is designed, but he made it work and did an awesome job. super polite and professional from start to finish. Very happy with the work he performed.

The technicians from CELLINO were punctual, professional, friendly, and explained everything very well. The work was completed in a timely fashion and they cleaned the work area before leaving. I highly recommend CELLINO for plumbing services and would absolutely have them do work in my home again.

Smelled gas in the basement and had National Fuel come out. Detected gas leaks from both the hot water tank and furnace. Called Cellino and Chris was at the house with 25 minutes. He was exceptional and replaced pipes and valves, tested everything and my heat and hot water were back on in no time. Excellent service and Chris was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail that he was going to do and gave me the price for the service upfront. Highly recommend!

I’ve called a few different places and Cellino plumbing is the company I decided to go with. Dylan came in checked everything, looked into the Sq ft of the house to get the most appropriate furnace while remaining cost efficient for us. He was extremely informative and was able to come back the very next morning and complete the job. The other companies can in and told us 11k on a furnace it even looking into if the furnace size was appropriate or not just trying to make as much money off of a family during the coldest day in winter taking advantage of people. Thanks Cellino you will always have our business due to your honest and efficiency!

So.... it starts raining in my apartment. Didn't expect that. Water pouring through the ceiling in my wife's makeup room. We own a 2 family home. I run up to my tenants apartment and see that the hot water tank has given up the ghost. I have to be at work on a 13 hour shift in 45 minutes. No way I'm replacing this myself. I figure it's gonna be a few days (it's December 30th) and look up plumbing companies online. First one i called (who shall remain nameless) had an AI interface posing as a customer service representative. Nope. Then I call these guys. Great news, they can come out in an hour or two to diagnose the issue. I don't even have to be there. They can deal with my tenant.
I'm sure the unti has to be replaced. I'm thinking if it's over 2 grand I'm boned.

Tech comes out, calls me at work, he's got the 40 gallon tank i need on the truck. Give the go ahead and he's done in three hours. Takes the trash tank with him. I'm happy, the tenant is happy and most importantly it's not raining in my wife's makeup room.

When I got home I go inspect the work. The joints look great, they replaced some valves, better than it's ever been.

I paid just under $1,800 (very fair because when I did the replacement downstairs in my house i paid around $1,000 for a similar unit) and also got a service plan for all my hvac stuff for just a few dollars a month.

I'm very happy with this company, never got to meet the technician but thanks dude you rule!

Stains were left on my basement carpet that won't come up with vacuuming. Equipment appears to have been dragged across the carpeting. There was debris all over the hard floor in my basement. Return ducts weren't even touched. I have had good luck with Cellino until this point.

EDIT: Management did an excellent job handling my issues and sent a different y tech back to remedy the situation. Rating switched from ⭐⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

My furnace stopped working during a deep cold wave. Cellino came out the next morning and completed the repair right away. I have used them for a major ceiling plumbing repair this year and they replaced a hot water tank within 5 hours recently. Their work is really excellent and staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. I have always had a very positive experience with them.

They showed up on time, did the job with little need for me to be around, cleaned up when they were done. Only thing that would have made it better is doing it for free but it don’t work that way! Would recommend. Also ended up signing up for the membership. Looking forward to having them out in the spring for ac maintenance which is included
