Had furnace repair done, very quick to get service, worked with 2 technicians, Joelle and Troy, both were extremely professional, great company to deal with, I will definitely use them for any future needs

Kodey was excellent! Courtesy is his middle name! He was thorough and explained all of the how the why and the way the system works and how my 2 killer rebates work. I’d make sure he was my service guy all the time.

Chaz is the man. Very professional and detailed. We got a water filtration system put in and unfortunately had one little nut inside the spigot that was a little faulty . He tested it many times until he was sure that it was the part that was leaking . They replaced the whole water spigot and did it in a very timely fashion. Cellino has an excellent dispatch system that easily works around my schedule. I am more than pleased with the service and the filtration system .they also removed my old sink and installed the brand new we picked out .

Esteban and Tyree did a great job. Showed up on time, did everything they could to unblock my toilet, provided excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Cellino again!

Andy was excellent and shared his plumbing expertise with us as we walked through a new house - later, Chris walked through and helped us triage our HVAC needs. We felt like we were in great hands!

Another great service call. This is our fourth time using Cellino and we will never call anyone else. They are quick, friendly, honest, and do a great job.

Tyree Hayes performed a plumbing inspection. He arrived on schedule and patiently walked me through the process making a couple of recommendations along the way. He was courteous and professional.

This time around, we called Cellino about replacing a steam boiler system. They were very timely, and courteous when they came for the estimate. We are not in fact going with them for the replacement, but we will likely use them for repairs in the future. Their past work with maintenence and repairs have been outstanding

When something goes wrong you want the problem fixed as soon as possible....Cellino came through in a pinch. Called on Tuesday and Jimmy was at my house that afternoon. He worked clean, was professional and got the issue under control quickly. Highly recommend! (Ps I've used them for electrical service as well...just as fast and great experience!)

Cellino Plumbing took plenty of time to explain our options so we could make the best choices of furnaces to meet our heating needs at our budget level. They did a great job on installation too.

Hadn't had my sewer snaked in over 10 years. Had sewer line snaked out by a big national company and it backed up again 4 days later. Called Celino to snake out line this time instead of the other company (the service tech. didn't seem too experienced) Celino's ervice was impeccable. Technition was super friendly and very experienced. They did a free camera viewing of my line a few days later, and didn't try to sell me an expensive fix.

Had Cellino Plumbing out today since my sewer backed up into the basement. They fit me in amongst a busy schedule given the weather. The technician Zach was so professional and polite and worked extremely hard out in the cold weather. They got everything unclogged and my water running through. Very reasonably priced given the time that went into the job. Will definitely call them again.

I had another amazing experience with Cellino but this time for my pluming.
We were having issues with our sink and not only did they fix that they also fixed pluming issues in our bathroom for a reasonable price the same day I called for an appointment. I will always HIGHLY recommend.

Had to get my sewer snaked due to some roots. First off the guy actively tried to save me money by go through the line from the outside drain, he tried 3 times before he said he had to go in through the basement and ended up getting everything cleared out from that side. In the past I've paid more from smaller companies and this guy did great work, he also had a great personality and was super chill to talk to. While I don't like to stand over ppls shoulder when they work because that pisses me off when ppl do it to me he was more then willing to explain what he was doing and what he was running into. 1000% would use Cellino again.

The team at Cellino Plumbing are true professionals. They have a moral compass in terms of looking out for the customer’s best needs, especially when one need an immediate service call. James, James, and Nick were here to help take care of the sewer back up problem instead of just upselling me etc. From the Call Center folks to the technicians mentioned above, I would highly recommend Cellino Plumbing, not only for their expertise in this matter, but also for their integrity, professionalism, and industry knowledge. Jon was great, very friendly, respectful of our home (throwing on booties was really stellar service and so appreciated), cleaned up before he left, and he was great at explaining things in layman’s terms and absolutely trustworthy. Folks like Jon are why we keep coming back to Cellino.

Celino was very responsive to our needs. Furnace was out. Called at about 5:30 in the afternoon, after hours. The receptionist said they couldn't get there that night but someone would call between 8 and 9AM the next day. 8:05 my phone rang and a technician was able to come that afternoon. Garrett came, diagnosed the issue, drove 40 minutes each way to get a gas valve and installed it. I couldn't ask for better service. Back up and running in less than 24 hours. A+ service in my opinion.

I’m very pleased with the service we received from Garret today at Cellino Plumbing and Cooling. Garret was very respectful, kind and helpful with information about our service; what was done and needed in the near future, etc. He did the service that was intended, and in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends! We also have them coming back in the fall/colder months to have our furnace checked etc.

We have had Troy work on our old old boiler twice now and he has been a pleasure to work with. Another plumber did a temp fix, we paid, he said he would come back and fix permanently, his temp fix didn’t last 24 hours and then he blew us off. Cellino communicates clearly and effectively. They don’t mess around or waste your time. Troy found what 2 other plumbers could not and he fixed it for less!! Because our system is so old we needed him to come out of another issue and he fixed it right away for a reasonable price. I will never, I said Never, call another plumber. Troy and Cellino for life!

Tyree tried to unblock my sewer drain, but was not successful. He has arranged for the sewer line to be videoed to find where it’s blocked and I’ll take it from there. Tyree did all he could and I appreciate that. He was very courteous and professional.
