Mike does shoddy work. Mike had multiple issues to correct in our home. The most important one was installing a new bath/shower faucet. Instead of using a wood or metal bracket to support the valves in the wall he relied on filling the space around it with silicon. After Mike installed the faucet he never checked if it worked properly. We had water leaking into the tub and we had no hot water. We had Mike come a second time and problems were not corrected. Cover plates on the wall were installed upside down. The temperature adjustment inside the shower was not corrected. The shower leaked. We fixed the shower ourselves.

2 months after PCS fixed my clogged sump pump line, I called them again when my hot water tank split open. Jon and his assistant tackled the job with professionalism and courtesy. Thank you for your fast and reliable service. They took the time to explain everything about why it happened and how to operate the new hot water heater. They even took the old one away! I will always recommend your company.

Jarred came out to troubleshoot and repair my furnace, and he was both professional and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain the issue and had everything up and running in no time. PCS came out to my business today to do an assessment on our rooftop furnaces. To say that I am extremely satisfied would be an understatement. Our technician, Jared H, did so much more than an assessment. Jared is extremely knowledgeable, went above and beyond my expectations, and provided real improvement very quickly.
We had ongoing furnace issues for over a month and were not seeing any real progress from building maintenance. We got more help and improvement from Jared's visit than we had in the entire month previous.
Jared was there for over 3 hours, making important adjustments, providing me with valuable information, and he really listened to me and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. This was such a breath of fresh air that I was blown away by the service. In fact, upon reflection, Jared's service today may be the best service I have ever received in my life, for ANYTHING. It was less than 20 degrees outside today and Jared spent much time on our roof, and yet his attitude was never short of positive.
We saw significant improvement immediately and our temperature rose steadily. Before Jared's visit our thermostat was set to 76 degrees for days, but we could not break 60 in the room. With Jared's fine work, we crossed 60 in short order and the needle continued to climb.
The price we paid for this visit was extremely reasonable, even generous. In the future, if I have issues with heating, air conditioning, or plumbing, I am calling PCS and asking for Jared. I could go on here, but if you took the time to read this review, I think you've got the idea. PCS Plumbing and Heating is a great company, and Jared H is a true professional.

We have used PCS for the last 15 years for all of our needs (furnace, AC, hot water tank, plumbing issue and most recently a leaky gas valve). Always an absolute pleasure to deal with. The last few years it’s been John C who has come to our rescue and he’s professional, pleasant and honest! We will continue to use PCS in the future!

Incredibly impressed with this company! Not only did they offer significantly better prices for comparable equipment to their competitors (ie the bigger names you know) BUT when they could have sold a bigger, more expensive product to me - backed off and reconsidered on their own to recommend that in fact I only needed a smaller/less expensive model.
I really felt taken care of and it overall felt like a "small town" experience in a big town. 10/10 have recommended to lots of people already!

I used PCS plumbing for my kitchen faucet that had a steady drip. A gentleman by the name of Mike arrived on time to take care of the problem. He was FANTASTIC! Mike did a great job and showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. He was very through and I would highly recommend PCS Plumbing for anyone who needs there help. You will be very satisfied with their technicians, and their pricing.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the customer service over the phone to the in person service worker, they were all great to work with.

Long story short, I was told by a different company that my furnace needed to be replaced and I was looking at about a $7000.00 expense. So, I had PCS inspect it and they found a faulty pump. They replaced the pump with no problem at a very reasonable price and it has been running great for 3 years now.

Every year they come to flush the hot water tank and make sure everything is running smoothly for the winter months and they are always so respectful and detailed with their work.

Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them to anyone!! Great people, great service!

These folks were great! They arrived on time, fixed the problem for the reasonable price quoted, and completed the job quickly. In addition, Jon and Quinn were very personable, professional, and nice as can be. I highly recommend these folks for your plumbing needs.

On call service is junk. I've been waiting for over an hour for someone to call me and give me an estimated arrival time. If you need after hour service dont call this company.

My boiler wasn’t working and house had no heat. They were able to come out the same day and fix the issue immediately. John was our tech and is super knowledgeable. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I am very pleased with the service from PCS Plumbing. The technician Chris was extremely knowledgeable on servicing Navien tankless hot water heaters. He replaced a couple of parts that were worn out and flushed the system. I won’t hesitate to use their services in the future should a problem arise.

I have used PCS plumbing for many service needs throughout the years. Always very responsive and keep the client informed on timing and scope of service. I have never felt like they are trying to upsell anything unnecessary.

PCS is competitively priced with other companies but their service is 5 star plus. Jarred H and Zak were our service technicians and they were outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and answered all our questions with a sincere interest in assuring us that we understood. The office gave us a date and time for our AC installation. We were reminded on the day before and the technicians were there right on time. We highly recommend this company and their employees.

I called many plumbers before PCS, many either never responded or responded hours later. PCS set a fairly close window of a few hours.

James from PCS came as promised. I received communication texts. He Assessed our clog and drainage issue. He proceeded to methodically release the blockage without causing a huge mess.

He was able to use his equipment outside our house. He was polite, respectful, and professional. He even cleaned up after the fact.

The job quote window on the phone was the same as what we were charged, I’d even say a little less. I thought it was fair and reasonable based on the timing and job.

I would use PCS AGAIN and recommend them without reservation.

Chris was at our house this morning working on our boiler. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very polite and respectful of our property. The boiler is working fine which is a great relief. Would recommend PCS to anyone.

We were able to get a timely appointment for boiler maintenance. Chris, our technician, was polite, respectful, very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. His service was efficient, and he even suggested we apply for a possible rebate. Very pleased, all around. Should we ever have need of the company's services, we would be happy to contact them again. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called about having them come out and they were there within 45 minutes. The nicest man was very knowledgeable and so helpful! Very reasonably priced. Recommend 10 out of 10 and will use again! Thank you so much

Called them to install a new kitchen sink and I could not be more happy! They were easy to work with from getting it scheduled, helping me pick out a sink and the install was great. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. The attention to detail was something I was impressed with. They cleaned and made it look better than ever! I highly recommend using PCS!

Update: Cellino called me and offered to come back free of charge and re-snake my sewer line. Justin and Matthew came and got all the remaining roots out and showed me on the camera how clean the sewer line now is. They answered all the questions I had concerning some water in the basement and were very helpful explaining how some of my existing drains and plumbing were hooked up. I would 100% reuse Cellino because they stand by there work, and them offering to come back and make it right shows that.

Old review;
I had sewage backing up into my basement and called to have my sewer line snaked. They came and snaked it and pulled out a bunch of roots $300. Then they said they couldn’t get them all and recommended to have the line hydro-jetted $850 and they would wave the cost of the snaking. Today a tech came out with a camera to show me my line and it was full of roots. I asked what the hydro-jetting did and he said it wouldn’t have removed any roots. I feel misled by the earlier techs on a service that really didn’t do much to solve the problem
