We live in Glen Cove and were searching around for a reliable company to pump our cesspool and found CityWide. They were easy to deal with and right on time. We will always continue to use CityWide!

I called on a weekend and they informed me that the prices were the same on weekends and weekdays. They arrived within an hour and fixed the problem, leaving the area clean and providing pictures of the work they did. Very professional company. Have used them before and will use them any time I need this type of help.

Citywide was prompt and professional in repairing my sump pump which had ceased working. They figured out the problem and repaired it quickly and did not charge me an arm and a leg. They were great.

After clearing my main line 2x in a month, Citywide came and scoped my 60 year old main cesspool line determining I had a crack with dirt getting into the line. They cleaned the line again and installed a resin pipe lining from inside the basement out to the cesspool. Cost $125+ per foot, and no disruption to the basement or lawn, so far so good.

Citywide came quickly and unclogged my drain ASAP. After calling around when some places said that they could not show up for 5-6 hours Citywide had someone at my home within an hour.

The main water valve in my house was stuck in On position. Citywide quickly and efficiently replaced this old valve with a new one, and coordinated with the city agency that needed to be able to shut the water off in order to upgrade the water meter. This was very helpful.

Called for an estimate for 3¹ items... they sent a plumber who couldn't quote me on all, charged me then said I had to pay for 2nd plumber because the first couldn't quote me. They should've explained on that on the phone OR sent someone that could actually quote what I asked.

Had a drain clog the day before thanksgiving. Called them Thanksgiving morning came within 2 hours cleared everything out and fixed another issue. Dereck was professional and did a great job.

I have been using Citywide cesspool for many years for my home in Kings Point. They are always prompt, reliable and very knowledgeable. When they leave, it's like they never came - so neat. I highly recommend these guys for any cesspool issues you have!

Frank showed up fast, was properly protected due to Covid and worked clean. He was very professional and personable as well as effective. Our main drain was cleared and we were back in business in no time. Frank made our plumbing situation seem like no big deal. He really put us at ease that all would be OK. Thanks Frank and City Wide. This is an A1 company and Frank is an A1 plumber.

Citywide, came in accessed the problem and fixed in with ease. I have used Citywide on quite a few occasions since I have owned my home. They have always been professional and taken care of the problem I contacted them about. Would I recommend them, yes.

My house is 112 years old & has several lead drain pipes; one of which was slow running. Lead is very soft so you can't just shove a metal snake down the drain as you usually would to clear a clog. I called the company & asked to speak to a supervisor so I could share my concerns, seek advise, and request an older, tech., someone with more (or any) experience unclogging lead pipes.
The company sent me exactly what I requested! The tech. had 33+ years of experience as well as knowledge of working on lead drain pipes. The clog was cleared w/o any damage to my pipes. I've been a customer for 22+years & this is why. I'm sure I could search around for a cheaper company but you get what you pay for! I'm very satisfied.

Reviewed Citywide a few times, unfortunately as I’ve had to call them a few times. But they never fail to get the job done. What I like best is how quick they respond. Nest is the fact that their techs go out of their way to see that the drain is running before they leave. Even when I had a drain stop 5 months after cleaning, they came back to open it up again at no charge.
I will definitely call them again.

Have used them 4 or 5 times in past- Recently hired them to replace cartridges in hot water faucet-but was still leaking so the plumber stayed until he found the source of leak and repaired it -took total of 3 hours .He did an excellent job -will definitely use them again. I have had other plumbers not fix the problem and still charge me for their time- they always fix the problem.
