Citywide was great. Tom and his team were kind, patient, and helped get our cesspool system fixed the proper way so it drains correctly and so their team can extract quickly and efficiently without issues moving forward. I’ve never lived with a cesspool system before, so I really appreciated Tom taking the time to walk me through how it works and offering honest guidance. They were quick, efficient, and genuinely super nice throughout the whole process. Honestly, Tom was just a good time to work with, super personable and easy to talk to. I’m looking forward to working with Tom and his team again in the future. You rock, Tom!

I have been using CityWide for a few years now. I started with using them for their sewer service and they have been extremely professional and thorough with descriptions of the issues before they make any repairs. I recently needed their plumbing services for a broken drain under a faucet and again they did not disappoint. Super courteous with scheduling and follow up. Very clear on the phone with a description of the issue and cost to repair. Always a fair price and always great service.

Jason and the team at Citywide Sewer and Drain did a phenomenal job. They quickly and professionally snaked my line and then performed a full camera inspection of my main sewer line so I could clearly see and understand what was going on.
What stood out most was the education.

Jason took the time to explain everything in plain language, walked me through what the camera was showing, and made sure I understood both the current condition and what to watch for in the future. No pressure, no upselling just honest, knowledgeable service.

We had noticed our water pressure was down after the last snowstorm. We went down in the crawl space and could hear water running but could not get into the smaller crawl. We called citywide on a Saturday evening and they were great! Within an hour they had a plumber at our house! He was amazing! He got in the crawl and located the issue in literally less than 2 minutes! He capped it off and stopped the issue! ( We were very concerned because we were expecting a blizzard in the next 2 days). The young man, Shevaughn, was so polite and so knowledgeable. He explained everything to us! He gave us some plumbing tips and educated us on preventing future issues. He was very personable and cordial as well! We will definitely be calling Citywide ( and requesting an appointment with Shevaughn) for all our plumbing needs and will be recommending them to all our friends and relatives! Thank you!!!

Had no hot water on a weekday night. Citywide responded in less than 5 minutes and had a plumber to the house in less than two hours at 8pm at night. Price was more than reasonable and I have a warranty on the work. The local plumber made it clear they didn't want to come out. Would highly recommend.

Due to recent weather in Log Beach, NY we had some pipe damages. Our regular plumber was swamped and unable to get to us for a couple of days and our heating and cooling company said it would be able to get to us on Friday which was four days away. A friend recommended Citywide that came within a hour. Their service was quick, excellent and price conscious. I highly recommend using them since they have many plumbers who are efficient, pleasant and provide great work

We had a fantastic experience with Charles our plumber! He cleared our clogged drain quickly and efficiently, and the whole process was completely stress-free. He arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and got right to work.

Good service! Quick response! Steven was very nice and worked hard to do the job. The only thing that I thought was the cost of $550.00 I had to pay to connect the piping to the garage line though the dry wall to the water line in the garage. They said the insurance didn’t cover that. But for only doing that! $550.00 which to me was high. It took probably less then 1/2 hour to connect that section. That was the only thing why my score was a 4 star only. Other than that it would have been a 5 star. I know everyone wants to make money but be realistic on the price. Thank you!

This was our first experience with Citywide and I must say they exceeded all expectations even after exploring their impeccable reviews. From first entering our home to the time he left, Gary was as polished as they come. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient, and congenial. His precise attention to detail, and his ability to assess the problem that plagued our stack line causing our kitchen sink to back up significantly, clearly demonstrated his extensive experience and genuine passion for his field. Fixing the problem in and of itself is enough to make any customer content but then combining that with superb customer service is remarkable. Gary took the time to discuss any questions we had with proper care and maintenence and this is what made Gary truly stand out among any such service we used previously. We are now loyal members to this company and I can't thank Citywide enough for establishing such an honest, trustworthy and exceptional brand. Highly recommended!

What started as a backup and frozen line issue turned out to be more involved than expected. He stayed calm, methodical, and committed to resolving the problem properly — even working late to ensure everything was flowing as it should before leaving.
He treated my home with respect, cleaned as he worked, and maintained a professional, steady presence throughout the process.
What impressed me most was his composure and work ethic. He never rushed, never seemed overwhelmed, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way.

My service technicians (Anvar) and his team were great. Also, the first tech to diagnose the problem Boychik was terrific as well. My only complaint was that it took 3 days to get the job going. I wish it could have been sooner being that we had limited water in the house. It was a big job to dig out a rotted pipe underground. I was thankful that they were able to help.
