When a pipe burst in our home on a Sunday, Brendan was incredibly responsive and professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained the issue clearly & made a stressful situation much easier. Excellent service & fair pricing. I would absolutely recommend Brendan to anyone.

Had a pipe burst in our house. The technician came, found the problem and repaired it. He was friendly , great at explaining what the issue and solution was to fix it. Did a great job repairing and install new pipes. Will definitely be using them again if needed!

Alex from Citywide was courteous, professional and most of all…competent. After calling and using two local companies, paying out close to $2k and still not getting the job done, citywide got the same job done in 30 minutes. Should have called them first!!

I had a leak from my main floor bathroom sink into my basement. I called City Wide. Within the hour, Charles showed up. He assessed the situation and immediately got to work. Charles was pleasant and professional but most importantly confident in knowing how to solve the problem. He did an outstanding job, kept everything neat and clean and cleaned upon completion of the job. I give Charles 10 stars!!!!

Mike S. saved the day!

After multiple attempts (and technicians) to resolve an issue with our water heater's pilot assembly, it was determined that the Unitrol valve needed to be replaced along with it. We also had our hot/cold water lines updated to code, and added an expansion tank.

At the end of the day and year (2025) Mike ultimately resolved our issue overall and kept us informed every step of the way during the repair! My family and I appreciate the great work done, during the busiest/coldest time of the year!

I had a leak under my sink and my landlord contacted City Wide they came right away.
Fernando Guvida was the plumber he was very nice and courteous he fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. I was very satisfied

Had a broken shut off valve to our outside water along with a broken spout outside. Water was flowi g out full force. Had to shut off the water to entire house in order to stop it. Citywide was great! Kept us updated as far as when a tech would be able to get to us afterhours. Once he arrived he was fast and we were very happy with him and appreciated him coming out at 11:30pm after he already ended his shift. My aunt used them previously and was also happy & recomended them to us. We will definitly use again if needed.

Citywide had some great people Wilmar, Jackson, and Javier. We're fantastic. They communicated throughout the whole job process. I needed 2 ejection pumps replaced at the food facility and Bohemia, and they stayed till 7 PM worked until the job was complete. Great job guys! Plan in using citywide in the future for our facility.

Danny, was the plumber who serviced us today. I could not be happier with his expertise. Our entire main septic line was blocked up due to flushable wipes! Big mistake on our part! Danny came to our rescue & cleared everything up so that our whole house runs smoothly again. His professionalism was beyond compare. Absolutely Amazing! What a great company. George and Woj came within an hour. Woj was able to get my earring out of the drain and did an unbelievable job. They are my go to plumbers for anything I need In the future. Very professional and extremely nice and clean. Thank you so much.

But Anton was great. Efficient. Reasonably priced. Called Sunday morning for a leaking valve and it was fixed (I asked them to add 5 more valves) in less than 5 hours. Quality material and workmanship. Have been using this company for over 15 years. Never a problem.

Ok well I needed my drain for my tub to be replaced an they did this well and all but at a cost of $1245.00, yes its not easy but Wow sticker shock is not the word.
Yes old pipes and took some time and they did a great job of it just way more than anyone can expect I believed it would cost me about 5 to 7 hundred $ to fix it the real total was shocking.
Don't know what to say but that's a lot of cash for the job at hand ?

The plumber that came to the house was, SHEVAUGHN. He was absolutely amazing. Found the issue right away and took care of it. I was expecting a big nightmare of a job and it was just the opposite.
