I have used this company for years. Never had a bad experience. I refer them all the time. Their office is friendly, their techs have always been polite and friendly and chatty. I have never had to use the warranty they give because the job had always been handled properly. They really are a great company.

Marty and his team were great to work with. They were able to come out quickly to diagnose my cracked sewer pipe, clean out the roots, and come back to install a new liner. The whole process was easy and efficient, and the team cleaned up everything when the job was done. Highly recommend!

Citywide has been a go-to. Had a backed up sewer twice, they took care of it - sewer cost was a bit high, but helpful and was there within hours. Backed up kitchen sink, affordable and super thorough job. Had a leak which we identified behind the fridge from water line - and helped immediately. Orlando, Brian, all great people. Plumbing isn't always cheap, but good quality makes up for it, and a 6 month guarantee. They rock.

I have been using Citywide for my plumbing issues since 2014. No job for them is too big or too small and their rates are reasonable! About two weeks ago, I had an issue with my bathroom sink. The sink was clogged and I attempted to fix it on my own. Unfortunately I ran into a problem where I broke one of the pipe fittings. Besides, the clog was so backed up, that I needed to call upon a professional for assistance. I called Citywide on Saturday afternoon to schedule an immediate service appointment. Joaquin from Citywide stopped by later that evening and he was able to repair the issue within the hour. Joaquin was courteous and professional. He also gave me some recommendations on how to keep the drain clear. A big thank you to Joaquin for repairing my sink! I would definitely recommend Citywide to my family and friends for their plumbing needs.

I called to ask about the process of getting a plumber to check and possibly fix some plumbing issues that I had in my rented apartment. The customer service representative was very respectful to and patient with me. He explained clearly how the process works. He told me the base cost and we proceeded from there to scheduling an appointment. After the phone call I received a test message reiterating our arrangement for the appointment. Later on there was also an email.
On the day of the appointment, I received a phone call reminding me that someone was coming in our previously agreed upon time frame. When the plumber/technician arrived he was courteous and professional. He checked out the issues that I had and suggested ways to fix them. He also discussed cost. Once we agreed on what is to be done, he went and bought the necessary supplies needed to fix the leak. After he finished, he tested his work while I observed to make sure the plumbing work was done properly.
He was very knowledgeable and he worked fast and efficiently. He did a great job!

They always do a great job! I have been using Citywide for years for pumping out my cesspool and drywell about three times a year, and they are much more professional and knowledgeable than the other company that works in my area. Recently, I have started using them for plumbing and am glad I did. The other day they did three complicated repairs in my house, very efficiently, and had or were able quickly to get all the supplies needed to do the job. Not cheap, but excellent, reliable work, worth the cost.

Tom did an amazing job. They got here within a couple of hours if that long. Straightforward and price was very reasonable. More importantly the service and the trust was there.

Shevaughn did a wonderful job diagnosing and repairing the problem with my toilet. So happy that I can rely on Citywide for plumbing issues! Will definitely ask for Shevaughn again in the future! He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you so much!

Very happy with Kestan (spelling?) from City Wide. I needed the main sewage line snaked. Kestan was efficient, thorough, cleaned everything afterwards and the cherry on top? - very friendly and pleasant. Highly recommended all around.

I needed my cesspool pumped and called this morning they were able to come the same day literally within 30 minutes they were at my house which was great! Milton and Perlota came they were so nice and loved my two labs. This company is extremely reliable and trustworthy they record the service and send you pictures after the service is done. I highly recommend to anyone who needs their cesspool pumped to use citywide plumbing!

I worked with Joseph Rodrigues and Gary from City wide plumbing sewer and Drain. These guys do amazing work. I had my toilet clogged and it needed to be snaked out and the plumber was here in about an hour to take care of the issue. These guys are very professional and take their work seriously. They are very kind and they did an excellent job getting the issue the problem fixed. I highly recommend them anytime you have a problem with a clog or leak in your toilet or Kitchen sink. These guys cleaned up after to themselves and they didn’t leave a mess. It truly was a pleasure to work with them on getting this problem fixed in my in my apartment. Thanks again guys. Nobody wants a backed up drainage system or a flooded basement, safe to say, this was an uncomfortable and vulnerable incident. After some research, I called CityWide and the service, responsiveness and professionalism was top notch, the tech Mr Williams should have a cape, he came in like Superman, really refreshing to get the quality and service that most companies don’t really offer anymore.

So I’m a putz and tried to DIY a small bathroom project. Didn’t have the right parts so decided to put it aside for tomorrow. Until my son says “there’s a flood in the bathroom”. Turns out the valve had an issue where it was dripping water although I shut it off
Called citywide and Joaquin was there in 15 minutes. Fixed my issue and I wound up having him do the plumbing install while he was there. Was super quick and did an amazing job!

My Landlord Elaine C. called City Wide, will send someone today, got a call that technian was on his way. I believe name was Trejo, he was very pleasant & did an excellent job unclogling tub, the sink was a little problem but was very knowledgeable unclogling sink. Even cleaned up area was working on
