Nice job! Chris was friendly, personable and professional. He fixed our basement wall crack which has leaked for years. Was on time and cleaned up everything when he finished. Looks great and we’re looking forward to not having a wet floor each time it gets rainy.

We had a leak in our basement wall. Emery came out for the estimate. He was very professional and provided fast communication. The work was scheduled quickly. Our service people were top notch. They were friendly, professional, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up the work area when the job was finished. We had a great experience with UTECH and highly recommend them!

Actual work done is excellent. Breakdowns in communication caused needless issues. Didn't show up when scheduled and then show up at a time advised they would not be there. Try to oversee project through phones and tablets instead of face to face.

I contacted utech to do drain tile in my basement because I was getting water in the basement. The owner mark came over to my house greeted me with a hand shake and a smile.he took look at the job,he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.he gave me a good price and told me when he could start the job.his crew showed up and they walked me and my wife thru what they were going to do before they started. job.the crew was very respectful and very polite to me and my wife.they worked like a team and mark the owner himself showed up 2 times to check out the job.and on the last day mark showed up and worked hand and hand with his crew to make sure it was to his standards of utech.i would refer them to any one 5 start service and a class act.thank you utech and mark.

My service tech Andrew took the time to explain the repair process and showed the possible problem how the repair would work as he did the repairs. Showed up on time, very courteous, great work. Professional thorough with the whole process. Definitely recommend.

One of my worst fears as a homeowner. A leak in my foundation. We called UTECH and they came out to repair it. We had purchased our home in 2014 and there was a large tree in the backyard close to the patio. I think that may have been the culprit. Tree was removed unfortunately. And UTECH stands behind their warranty. They had to come out a few times to fix this stinker! No fault on their part. The roots of the tree were evil! The floor is bone dry.

Very hardworking staff --- basement is greatly improved -- one recommendation I would make (although it should be obvious to the customer --- but I did not act on this) inform the customer beforehand to cover everything with tarps, etc. as the dust is endless. When finished, the workers swept the exposed floor --- vacuuming would have removed more of the very tiny concrete dust.

They installed sump pump and had to dig up part of our driveway and sidewalk. The concrete job was not very good. We had to replace the sidewalk concrete and are working on getting someone to fix the concrete section they poured in our driveway. Both sections fell apart quickly.

Andrew did a wonderful job throughout the whole process from communicating the estimate scope of work to scheduling an immediate resolution to our emergency drainage issue. All phases of the project were successfully completed exactly as discussed. I would certainly recommend hiring Utech Waterproofing to anyone in need of the services they provide. Very pleasant company to work with & we plan on having them back for other preventative drainage issues prevalent throughout our 12-acre facility.

All was well, amazing how this job gets done. Just minor flaws. Some cleanup was overlooked and broken light bulb/ glass left on floor and small dents in my driveway from the dumpster. Getting it paved, so hopefully it will help. Staircase that was built is higher than before and a large duck is needed to not hit your head. Drain tile work looks Great and workers very professional and great communication to what was going on and what to expect going forward.

Was very happy with the job done by Utech and would recommend them to others. We had gallons of water flowing through our basement before the job and have not had an issue since it was completed. They were recommended by 3 other friends and I am glad to extend that recommendation to anyone looking to get the work done.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Utech. From the sales rep, Emery, who came out and explained what needed to be done to the gentleman, Gary, who completed the work. Everything was done politely, professionally and efficiently! There was no mess left behind and no damage to my property. On time and done when they said they'd be done. They have checked all the boxes!

Gary, Brian, and Christian were all effecient, explained what they were going to do and kept me informed of every move they were planning. This foundation crack was fixed by Utech 40 years ago, and their solution this time was a little different and made remarkable sense. Again everyone of them knew exactly what needed to be done and they were out of here in a surprising time. I am very pleased I chose Utech again, well worth the time and money.

My dad hired this garbage company UTech to do his basement. Took his 5.5k deposit, Tried to change the contract without talking it over with him. Also used old piping when their plumber was supposed to install new plumbing. Didn’t finish the plumbing job, left the 4 inch pipe open that’s releasing gasses into the basement with my DISABLED MOTHER RIGHT OVER WHERE THE PIPE IS RELEASING THE GASSES. They put CLAY bricks under beams that are supposed to support the basement foundation (used a piece of wood between the Clay bricks) & NEVER FINISHED IT! LEFT LEAKING PIPES! Told him he owes them more money because again they changed his contract. Wanted another 10k Thursday 1/22/2026 for more kicker beams. Stated they weren’t doing one of the walls they were contracted to do but wanted another 10k? This company is a joke, started a job and didn’t finish ANY PART OF THE CONTRACT THEY SIGNED WITH MY FATHER. LAWYER HAS BEEN CONTACTED, BBB WILL BE CONTACTED MONDAY & I WILL BLAST THIS GARBAGE COMPANY ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA. Taking advantage of senior citizens at its finest!

The secretary called him demanding payment before the job was done, then Mike called demanding payment & he told them he wasn’t giving them more money because none of the contract was 100% fulfilled. They then sent the foreman Dave in to tell my dad he was told to remove the beams that were put in place. My father told them if they touched the beams he would have them arrested. They grabbed their tools and left. BREACH OF CONTRACT!! STAY AWAY!!

I reached out to Utech to fix the crack in by basement wall. I met with Andrew. He was knowledgeable and kind. He was clear on how to fix the wall. But didn't try to up sell the job. I'm so happy with the repair. Thank you

BEYOND HAPPY with the customer service and Andrew did such an AMAZING job with our foundation leak and clean up. I will DEFINITELY recommend Utech to any one who needs work done. I found them online, read reviews and called. Wish I would have done that before spending money and trying to do it ourselves (which didn't work out lol). THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
